"Staff and other people in the building were really helpful and friendly. Adult bedroom SAS great, and the bed was comfortable. The kids room was cramped, and the beds were uncomfortable. Overall the place is looking pretty tired, think the photos need to be updated. Was great having the kitchen and washer/dryer in the apartment, but could have been clearer that they only provide 'starter' cleaners and toilet paper, so be prepared to buy your own. Also, bring face clothes, and, if you can, request a room higher than L2, our view was mostly trees."

"It was a great venue. Close to were we needed to be. Only problem was there are no lifts so when booking advise if you have a problem climbing stairs. We were on the 3rd floor thats 4 flights from the car park. 2 bathrooms but only 1 central toilet. Strongly recommend this venue."
