"It's the only hotel normally available on Expedia in Eberswalde. It's clean, the rooms are good, there is no reception but we are immediately informed about that. In my several stays lasting more than 2 days, the problem was that the rooms are NEVER made up during the stay. At the point that twice I had to go to the local Rossman to buy soap and toilet paper. "It was en general a very good experience. The room is small but wise distributed with kitchenette, fridge, dishes, utensils etc., very useful. There's a roof top, coffee room and laundry as well. The property is in a very good condition, convenient located in a beautiful clean and calm neighborhood (Pankow) with restaurants, coffee shops, metro, trams and buses nerby. There's a beautiful park around too. If I come back to Berlin I'll stay there again :). I recommend it. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because the cleaning is just once a week. They don't have AC (it does not seem to be so popular in Berlin) and could be warm in summer time. We did ask for a fan during our stay."

"The motel is quite interesting as it is inside of one of the famous Borsig Steam Engine Works dating back to 1898. Beautiful red brick construction! The halls and rooms of this manufacturing plant were nicely converted into rooms with all modern amenities. Everything was supplied, and the space was comfortable and clean. It is also very quiet. From the window you have a wonderful view of the grounds with outdoor seating, a playground, fitness equipment, a pingpong table, and grilling area. There is a vending machine with beverages and snacks, but I along with other guests could not get it to cooperate. Lots of helpful brochures of places to visit in Berlin. It was a very good stay."
