"Pros: Clean and modern facilities. Seamless self check-in and secure luggage storage. Convenient, easy access to nearby train connections. Cons: AC & Noise: The bedroom felt warm and stuffy. Room cooling is capped at 20°C, and opening the window isn't practical due to loud traffic and sirens outside. Communication & Language: Although subject lines were in English, all correspondence was strictly in German. Translating messages was cumbersome, and the translated information was occasionally inaccurate (e.g., stating there was a buffet dinner when there wasn't). Dining Options: Nearby food choices are limited mainly to a mall across the street and a small adjacent restaurant (which lacks an English menu). While I appreciate being a guest in another country, clearer English support would significantly improve the experience for international visitors."

"Practical basic level place to stay while in Berlin. But the place is slightly challenging to find. And without a car the luggage dragging may become tiresome as the nearest stops a not just across the street. The environment is peaceful. Connections to the City Center a good when you once learn them. Very helpful personnel."

"There was some construction on the property, which moved the entry to another back door. It appears the hotel was repurposed from an old factory, which was neat to see. The room was great. It did get a little stuffy one day but has large windows and a fan. One minor inconvenience, the soaps for the sink and the shower were in gravity fed bottles. The sink soap wouldn't stop running, so left a puddle on the counter and was out of soap by the next day. I ran the Berlin marathon during this stay, and we checked out the morning of the race. They stored our bags during the race, and were kind enough to let me use the gym shower after the race, which was a life saver. I normally don't leave reviews, but I wanted to share the experience."

"The hotel and staff were excellent. Using public transportation, I didn't like the walk to and from the hotel due to the all the graffiti. Loved the Greek restaurant by the lake. It was nice to have them space close by, but again, it felt a little unsafe due to the graffiti everywhere and overgrown park maintenance."
