"Laut der Buchungsbestätigung sollte ab 12.15 der Check-in möglich sein. Die Rezeption ist aber erst um 15.00 besetzt.
Die Zentralheizung war abgestellt, stattdessen stand eine Elektroheizung mit gerade einmal 1500 Watt auf dem Tisch, da das Kabel zu kurz war, um sie auf den Boden zu stellen. Sie reichte bei weitem nicht aus, das Zimmer halbwegs auf Temperatur zu bringen.
Die Tür wurde beim öffnen durch das Bett blockiert."
