- Steal away to this cozy modern residence just minutes from Shenandoah National Park. Nestled on 5 acres in Greene County Virginia, this peaceful spot is quiet and convenient. Removed from the hustle and bustle, but still centrally located, you’re just 20 minutes from Charlottesville, 15 minutes from SNP, 10 minutes from vineyards and CHO, and only 5 minutes from grocery stores and restaurants. Enjoy coffee on the back porch, take a hike on our private wooded walking trail, and fresh eggs daily!
Guest access
Our home is a ranch-style single-level layout. Guests have full access to the main level which includes all of the bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces. We keep the basement locked. The yard is one full acre of green grass surrounded by four more acres of woods. We’ve created a walking trail around the property, and the patios are a peaceful place to start and end your day. With an open concept kitchen/entertaining area, this house is perfect for bachelorette weekends, groups of friends and families alike, those visiting Shenandoah National Park, exploring the Virginia wine trail, wedding parties, and everyone in between.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and entertain including a keurig and coffee pot.
We do not live on the property but we are close by and can be available quickly if needed.
