In our property, we welcome you in a quiet area in the shade of a large pine, 10 minutes from the beach by bike, a man and a lady are at your disposal, and equipment safety (helmets, vests, anti-theft, first aid kit) to facilitate your movements. You will be asked if you want to use this material to sign a discharge "civil liability, individual accident".
A small shopping center 500 m, the central market 10 minutes by bike, the zoo Palmyre 17 minutes by car, and all amenities are close.
A bus line in the street serves the city and the surrounding area.
Your home of 33 m2 is on the ground floor of our house whose outdoor spaces have been designed to ensure your privacy.
You have a closed parking and a part of private garden equipped with armchairs, table, chairs and a barbecue.
The fully renovated 3 * Charente-Maritime Tourisme housing is designed to accommodate a person with reduced mobility or a couple or a small family with a child up to 4 years.
A first room including the fully equipped kitchen (large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, mini-vacuum cleaner, clothes rack, household equipment, espresso machine, coffee maker, induction hob) and relaxation area with TV (TNT and DVD player) small desk for computer (wifi of the house), is separated from the room (bed 160x200) by a sliding door, a second sliding door opens the room on the bathroom. The toilets are not separated.
Linen is provided and changed weekly for no extra charge for long stays and we offer a laundry service fee.
At your arrival you will find groceries troubleshooting.
