We have a wonderful time at this hotel. Our room was ready when we arrived and exactly as requested. The entire staff was amazing. We mainly walked to all of our restaurants and tours. Conveniently located but in a quiet part of town. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Bordeaux

Excellent hotel with pool!

I highly recommend this hotel for any visit Bordeaux. The staff and facility were exceptional. It’s in a quiet residential neighborhood so it’s a 15 minute walk to the city centre but well worth it, especially with the refreshing pool after a full day of seeing what Bordeaux has to offer. I will definitely plan to stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful and the team members lovely . Food good quality. However lack of management presence meant that a staffing issue on Sunday evening was not resolved leaving guests with no explanation & food/ drinks that took over an hour & a half to arrive and on Monday shortages of breakfast items by 9.45am. A shame as otherwise we had a wonderful stay.
