We welcome you to stay in our spacious and stylish townhouse and basement, the perfect base for family getaways or fun-filled trips with friends!
With six double bedrooms, and a handy trundle bed - there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind.
Whip up a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen and gather around the table in the bright and airy dining room, or enjoy drinks on the patio followed by a stroll into town, where you’ll find endless options of bars, pubs, and restaurants right on your doorstep.
The house is filled with natural light, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere throughout, where everyone can recharge.
Whether you`re curling up on the big, comfy corner sofa for a movie night, diving into a good book, or playing board games with loved ones, you’ll find everything you need to make lasting memories.
If the sun’s out, the spacious garden and patio are perfect for lounging or alfresco dining.
It`s worth taking a short 15-minute walk to the flower-filled Jephson Gardens park- one of Leamington’s absolute gems. Keep an eye out for pop-up events and local markets that are often held there!
Whatever the weather, this is a place enjoy quality time together. If you`re in the mood for a change of scenery, it`s easy to hop on public transport and explore nearby locations like historic Stratford-upon-Avon or the vibrant city of Birmingham.
We welcome well behaved pets- there’s heaps of space for them in the garden to enjoy too! A charge of £35 per pet applies to cover additional cleaning and maintenance.
Please inform us in advance if you are bringing a pet. Pets must be kept off furniture, not left unattended, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.
