"Was a little dated in some places but the rooms were still clean. The heated floors in the washroom were a bonus. Parking was a problem, underground parking was under construction and very hard to get into with my truck. Would be nice if they included breakfast in the price."

"1st - the front desk manager refused to honour an included extra that was clearly marked on our reservation. 2nd - we got "upgraded" from a King bed room to a larger room - but it only had a Queen bed - despite clearly booking a King bed. 3rd - when I asked to be moved to a King bed room we were given a room that smelled like a homeless shelter."

"Great room. Clean and comfortable. Mattress was very comfortable. Large walk in shower was really nice. Pleasant staff. I bit out of the way in terms of restaurants and shipping, but within 5-10 min there was lots. Very quiet at night which was great!"

"I had a horrible sleep due to the cheap mattress which I was completely shocked about how it sinked in and I’m not a heavy person so I can imagine what your heavier person can feel. I had originally booked a room that it had a stand up shower but I was moved to a different room it came with a tub instead? Now for some people it can be ok but I have bad knees and it was very inconvenient. I was expecting to be told if I was ok with that."
