"Property is quite well located, on a one-way street which makes it hard to mess up. It's nestled in the suburbs, but it's still quite straightforward to get both into Boston and the Greater Massachusetts area. The Off street parking is quite generous, and can easily support even very large vehicles, from my experience (but there is a limit to what could turn in/out of the street itself).The space itself was quite useful, effectively an entire 2bd apartment, so you have quite a lot of options for your stay. There was a cot stored in the kitchen, that is quite useful if someone needs an extra, separate bed. There seemed to be cameras on the exterior of the building as well, if you are worried about trespassers, which is good peace of mind.As I stayed in the summer, the window unit AC's were both very nice and entirely sufficient for the weather. If you expect to hang out in the central areas, you definitely want to turn them on early than not. But for the bedrooms, they are more than enough even right at bed time.There wasn't an obvious recycling bin in the unit, but the bins outside were more than sufficient. We also had no issue having food delivery arrive to the location, and the area seemed to have fairly decent coverage for both food option and fuel."

"Great place to stay for a visit to Boston. There are nearby bus stops and you can take the Orange Line train which is only a short drive/Uber away. We had a car and there is plenty of street parking right outside the door. The unit is clean, beds very comfortable and the full kitchen is a nice bonus. Host was very responsive and even included some recommendations for nearby restaurants."

"Our group of 5 enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well supplied. It was very comfortable and we spent a lot of time sitting on the deck eating our meals and. Chatting. Having a bedroom and bathroom with a zero entry shower on the first floor was very nice."

"Our family of 7 spent six nights. The apartment was very nicely renovated and bright. Upon check-in, we were confused by multiple locked bedroom doors with numbers on them — unsure if they were part of our rental. The host was very responsive with the codes after we asked. The design is a bit unique. I did not realize there would be people staying above us. We are later to bed, later to rise types,"

"I was hesitant to leave this review because some of the issues we experienced may not have been entirely within the host's control. However, I feel they should be shared so they can be addressed for future guests.The house itself was spacious, spotless, and perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable, the three full bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The only minor complaint was the inexpensive cooking utensils.Unfortunately, we experienced several issues during our five-night stay. When we arrived around 8:30 p.m., the house was 80–85 degrees because the air conditioning had accidentally been turned off during cleaning. Although the host was apologetic, it took about three hours and several calls and texts to resolve.The next day, a circuit breaker tripped, leaving us without access to a bedroom and bathroom while 7 were getting ready for my son's rehearsal dinner. It again took multiple calls and over an hour for someone to arrive.That evening, we saw a mouse in the kitchen. Although we were told a trap had already caught one, we later found holes in our snack bags and mouse droppings on the counter. We also had a smoke detector begin sounding in the middle of the night for no apparent reason.Overall, this is a great house, but these issues created unnecessary stress during an important wedding weekend, especially for a stay costing over 3,400. I'm not looking for compensation, but I hope these concerns are addressed for future guest."
