"I've stayed there before, and will again. The staff is great. The public spaces and room itself were very clean. The bathrooms in this hotel have a tub shower which has a very high side (knee-high in my case) to step over, and no grab rails. The bathroom in my particular room had no working ventilation and some cosmetic issues, which I reported on checkout."

"The overall condition of the hotel is just okay. Everything seems pretty old and outdated. The carpet in our room had seen better days and the room could haven been cleaned better. The breakfast selection was good."

"They only have a light continental breakfast which does not work for me due to my food allergies so I go out. I miss there hot full breakfast. Parking is plentiful and the location is great. "

"Marielle is soo great! My kids and I had an absolute fantastic time. Everything was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was warm and clean. I liked the fact that they have showers. Breakfast next-door was delicious. It was just a great experience."

"This is a great little gem of a hotel in Salem, nothing fancy, but is exceptionally clean, with friendly staff, quiet surroundings, and access to lots of amenities. I stay here periodically when I am in town for work, and I always feel really happy that I did."

"Breakfast is nice. Rooms clean. Staff courteous and helpful. Although did not matter to us since we were on the ground floor (floor2 at this hotel) but only one elevator was working. Noticed same problem when we stayed about 4 months ago.... Hope they are getting it fixed for upcoming tourist season."
