It was a little confusing to find the parking but, when we inquired about where we parked (Hôtel Centre-ville) we were told that it was ok. The room was clean. Staff answered all our questions.

Overall it was great. Location was convenient and walking distance from amenities. Hotel is old but nice, well decorated and very clean. My only suggestion would be to have more than 1 person at the front desk especially at 4pm when everyone is checking in and the pillows could use an upgrade.

Property was clean but in a tough place for access and parking was difficult. Air con was old and didn’t cool the room down all that well. The hotel is old and clearly was renovated but still felt old. Free breakfast was less than continental and really not good. Staff were friendly. Bed was ok but not great. Overall for the money I payed was very disappointing .

This is my 3rd stay at the property and I appreciate every time. The only thing I could comment on is the bumpy elevator when it stops at a the desired floor. It shakes and bounces as if we were in a six flags amusement park. That should be fixed, it's been like that for at least two years. Other than that, nice hotel nice staff.

Good hotel with good sized and updated rooms. Breakfast is decent continental style, and they have a good coffee machine that makes espresso etc. The outdoor parkade is fine, but they couldn’t let me in remotely as that wasn’t working. So I needed to park on the street and go move my car after I got my room key. There were some sketchy kids looking in car windows in the parkade when I went to move my car, so I was a bit concerned about security there. But my car survived the night unscathed, so all was good. This was my 3rd stay there, and I’d stay again without hesitation.
