"The house is very clean and exactly as advertised. The bedrooms have a/c but the entire house was very comfortable. It’s in a perfect location for getting your Harbor Springs and Petoskey, and only a bike ride away from Petoskey State Park. We would absolutely stay again!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying at the Carriage House and it, once again, did not disappoint! Perfect set up for our family of four (and furry pup). Exceptionally clean and convenient to both downtown Petoskey and Harbor Springs (and the walking/bike path). Super close to Petoskey State Par, too. And we loved the Petoseky Brewing Company (across the street) for food and drinks. We will be back for sure!"

"This unit has been remodeled and it is amazing! The new HVAC system makes it very comfortable. Just as described everything you may need is provided. Jeff responds quickly if you need anything. I have 4 stars for cleanliness only because we like to sit outside and the back deck table and chairs needed a little attention but we got that taken care of. Front porch is lovely for coffee in the morning. It was a great experience and we will return!"
