You can also use public transport to get around: bus lines are a 2-minute walk away and the underground is 7 minutes away.
Welcome to Les Agapanthes! Climb ten steps to reach the entrance of the house and immediately enjoy the pleasant living room with sofa, coffee table and television. The extendable table is ideal for convivial meals. On the same level and extending from the living room, discover the fitted and equipped kitchen, which offers all the comforts you need to prepare your meals (kettle, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator, hob, etc.). The kitchen offers direct access to the 10 m² garden with its terrace, where you can enjoy the Normandy sunshine, organise a barbecue or simply relax in the open air. At the bottom of the garden, the annex (bedroom 4) offers a 20 m² living room with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and an additional sofa bed. Finally, next to the kitchen, you will find a bathroom with WC.
On the first floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm). This floor also has a 6 m² laundry room, ideal for a dressing room or for setting up a travel cot to accommodate a young child. A shower room completes this floor.
The second floor has two bedrooms. The first has a double bed (140x190 cm) and the second has two single beds. In the latter bedroom, you will also find an extra bed for one person, which can be placed next to the other single bed for an additional fee. Each bedroom is equipped with storage space for your personal belongings, providing a private and comfortable space for all occupants.
Take advantage of the cot, changing mat and baby bath provided free of charge in the accommodation, much to the delight of parents!
In order to reduce costs for small groups, the use of the third single bed in the bedroom and the sofa bed in the annex is offered as an option. A flat fee of €15 per bed is charged for the provision of sheets and towels. If you choose the linen option, please inform the concierge by message: you will then receive an access code to collect what you need.
Bed linen and towels (for 8 people) are provided in the accommodation for your convenience, but at an additional cost. You can also bring your own sheets and towels, and the accommodation can sleep up to 11 people! There is no private parking available with the accommodation. However, you can park your vehicle for free in the surrounding streets. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 21:00. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation and respecting the premises and the neighbourhood. As the house is semi-detached on both sides, we ask travellers to keep quiet after 10:00 pm so as not to disturb the neighbours. Parties are not allowed and pets are not accepted. In order to protect the property, you will be asked to provide your bank details via a secure link to finalise your booking and obtain the access codes to the property. Our owners live right next door, which makes your stay in Rouen even easier.

Rouen's Monumental district is a picturesque, historic part of the city, offering a quiet, authentic setting yet close to the main tourist attractions and the city center. The district is distinguished by its ancient architecture, red-brick houses and tranquil atmosphere, perfect for those seeking a peaceful environment, yet within walking distance of the city's attractions including the famous Notre-Dame Cathedral and other iconic sites that testify to the city's rich heritage. The côte du Monumenal is renowned for its exceptional panoramic views over the sublime city of Rouen.
Although the area is quiet and residential, it benefits from excellent public transport links, with bus routes nearby and the metro within easy reach, making it easy to get to the city center or explore other parts of Rouen.

The house is located in a neighborhood well served by public transit. Here are the main options for getting there:
Bus:
Several bus routes pass close to 46 Rue Sporck Leprince, including routes F2, 22 and T1, which provide easy access to other areas of Rouen. Nearest stops include Boulingrin and Réservoir, depending on your point of departure.
Metro :
The Rouen metro also serves the area. The Boulingrin stop, just a few minutes' walk away, offers quick access to the city center and Rouen's main points of interest.
Bicycles:
Rouen is home to the Cy'clic self-service bicycle rental service, with several stations throughout the city. A nearby station means you can easily reach rue Sporck Leprince by bike.
On foot:
If you're in the Gare-Jouvenet district or near Boulingrin, rue Sporck Leprince is just a few minutes' walk away. It's also within easy walking distance of the city center.
## Notes
Arrivals are autonomous for greater flexibility. Arrivals are from 4:00 pm and departures no later than 11:00 am.
The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 21:00). In the apartment, all our guests are provided with household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.), as well as a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen garbage bag, bathroom garbage bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay. Please note that the owners live right next door to the house, and can be contacted very quickly if necessary.
No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you can park your car easily and free of charge in front of the house or in the streets surrounding the accommodation. If required and subject to availability, we can provide a garage close to the house.

Taking advantage of a rental also means respecting a few rules to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to avoid any surprises with the deposit! Remember to take care of the accommodation as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave the premises clean when you leave. Observe all rules and regulations concerning opening hours and use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of your neighbors. And if you have any concerns, don't hesitate to let us know. Don't forget that parties are strictly forbidden (250€ deducted from the security deposit), that the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (50€ deducted from the security deposit), that pets are forbidden (50€ deducted from the security deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us, and that any loss, theft or damage will be invoiced at the actual replacement value. A bank imprint will be requested via a secure link in order to finalize your reservation and obtain access codes to the accommodation.
