"Clean and very quiet room, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast."

"Beautiful property, lobby, hallways and spacious room that was well appointed. Front desk staff were helpful in guiding us where to park, dinner plans and exploring the town. We had a very nice and simple dinner and drinks in the restaurant. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend this hotel and a visit to Rouen."

"This was a brilliant place to stay. The hostess (coffee queen) could not be more helpful and worked hard to make the stay a pleasure. Location is great being in the old city - easy walking distance to nearly everything. I would enjoy returning....."

"Wonderful location next to the cathedral. Beautiful hotel and spotless rooms. Great host."

"The hotel is ideally located, walkable to the historic attractions, restaurants and bars, and to the railway station. The rooms were clean, with comfortable beds and quality bed-linen and towels. The friendly staff advised on places to visit. I enjoyed my two night stay."

"This property has an excellent location!"

"Great place to stay in Rouen. Very good value for tour money and a very helpful staff."

"Excellent location "

"The location was a dream. Although there was no lift to the 4th floor, it was worth the climb. "Great spot with parking"

"Room was safe clean and well located"

"Great location and friendly staff"

"Nice staff and walking distance to all the historic sites. "

"Very basic room, not even a hot pot or coffee in room. The hotel is in need of a renovation . The area and roads around the hotel are under construction and very heavy car as well as foot traffic due to the hospital and medical facilities around the hotel. Very small tight parking lot. Staff are very nice ."

"The room was clean and comfortable, although basic. Close to all attractions. Shared kettle, hairdryer and iron , left at the end of your landing. No tea, coffee, or milk supplied. No lift, so no good for a disable person. We didn't have breakfast so cannot comment on that, but plenty of places to eat within walking distance and close by."

"Clean, comfortable room; great breakfast: friendly staff; location excellent. "

"We had a lovely stay at Hotel Morand when we were in Rouen. It is in a perfect location close to the train station and the Musee des beau arts and visitors information centre. The reception staff were friendly and we were even able to check in early."

"Large clean room Great location Friendly staff"
