The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Do a final check for personal items. Phone chargers, Toys, etc.
Place any moved furniture back to its original location.
Set thermostat to 78, lock all doors and windows, turn off all lights, place trash in bins, leave a 5 star review, book your next stay. Safe Travels.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Parking on driveway only, no trailer or RV parking. Garage is not available for parking but is available for storage as owners car stored in garage.
Quiet time is 10pm to 8am and is strictly enforced by the county sheriff. No loud music, or voices. Violation can result in immediate eviction.
Canal is entirely no wake, check local regulations for fishing license requirements and catch limits.

Ed was great to work with, the home was perfect, serving as home base as we were in town visiting friends and real estate shopping. A Beautiful, comfortable, super clean, stocked, awesome!

A Awesome! Ed & Julie are top tier hosts! The communication was great! The home is beautifully decorated, yet still very comfortable! The cleanliness is a 10 out of 10! The home is stocked with many items over and above others, especially the kitchen. Crockpot, blender, mixer, Ziploc bags, spices, and the list goes on. Nice washer and dryer; detergent provided. The backyard is beautiful! The pool was refreshing. The hammock was very relaxing. The lights out back at night create nice ambiance. Weber grill. The boys loved kayaking and fishing in the canal. They also enjoyed the TVs in their bedrooms for their Xboxes. Better than expected. Didn’t want to leave. Looking forward to our next stay :- )

Amazing

The place was better than described! It was the most peaceful vacation I’ve been on.We kayaked in The canal and saw a gator. My son fished non stop. The beaches were close enough and beautiful. Food was fantastic! The home itself was beautiful. We swam and lounged by the pool most afternoons. They thought of everything: extra blankets, toilet paper, coffee, soaps, laundry soap, all there for you! We will be back!

Absolutely perfect in every possible way!

We had an amazing stay at this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home on the canal. The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The open layout made it easy to relax as a family, and the kitchen was well-equipped for meals at home. The private pool was the highlight—clean, refreshing, and perfect for lounging. We loved starting our mornings on the covered lanai with coffee overlooking the peaceful canal. Kayaking and fishing right from the backyard was a special treat! The location is ideal—quiet and safe, yet close to beautiful Gulf Coast beaches, golf courses, and local restaurants. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy Florida’s natural beauty. This home truly exceeded our expectations. Whether you’re relaxing poolside, exploring the canal, or heading to the beach, this is the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway. Ed and Julie went above and beyond as hosts, their attention to detail is evident and we will be coming back. Highly recommend!
