"My room was confirmed on expedia, however when I called the owner, first of all, it was the incorrect number that they posted on Expedia (It was the restaurant number at the Hotel and they were not willing to find the correct number for me) Secondly, the owner called me back on what's app, and said he cancelled my reservation because the amount I paid on Expedia was not enough. It was not cancelled on the Expedia app. This is unacceptable and caused me a great amount of stress because I had booked this hotel well in advance and we were in the midst of taking a train to Rothenburg. The owner told me to get a refund from Expedia, which I told him that's not possible, I was literally in the midst of traveling to Rothenburg. I asked him his name and then he said it was no problem and what time will I be there. Also the information on Expedia said the hotel was only 5 minutes walking distance from the Rothenburg train station and it was "
