"The cabin was beautiful! The AC was so nice - the cabin is full of light and very open for large family gatherings. Large bedrooms each with lots of storage areas including a mudroom for all of your swimming/boating/camping gear. A huge carpeted basement area for teenagers to hang out, with a big table and chairs for games and visiting, and a large TV and a pull out bed (couch). The cabin had a large dining room table which could seat at least 10, a nice sized kitchen and fridge (with ice-maker). Very private back deck with a hot tub, on a private lot - very quiet outdoors most evenings! The cabin is not very accessible for folks with mobility needs as two of the bedrooms require climbing 16 stairs, however the main floor bedroom has a shower with low sides for easy access. Huge perk: a bathroom for each bedroom, making mornings very easy. One caution: The driveway is at quite a steep angle and took us a few tries with our front wheel drive cars to get up (take a running start and hug the sides where there are fewer small slippery rocks)! The closest (and best) swimming we could find for kids was 25 minutes away at Surveyors Lake - worth the drive. The docks that are listed in the ad (5 minutes away) are not accessible for folks with mobility needs, or if you are carrying a lot (picnic bags, totes, lawn chairs, little kids) as it is a steep hike and you can't get very close by car. Overall we LOVED our stay... beautiful place to have a restful visit. Thank you!!!"

"Beautiful summer stay with the views and walks. Communication is smooth and helpful. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen well appointed, and the underground garage is a nice amenity. The room was overall clean and ‘checks the boxes’ but it feels a bit tired. My recommendations would be to replace the worn towels, replace the shower curtain (which was a liner) because the bottom is looking stained, and please clean the overhead fan with its thick layer of visible dust. It would be nice if the main tv can be mounted so it can pivot for easier viewing. The tv in the bedroom turned on but was not connected to view any channels. The lamp switch in the bedroom is broken. These updates, along with updated artwork to make it feel more warm and welcoming, would make the unit more desirable for us to return."

"Ten of us stayed at the property, and overall we had a good experience. The host was very responsive, and when we encountered issues with the hot water, they addressed them as quickly as possible.The house could benefit from some updates. The floors and doors are quite squeaky, and there were noticeable noises at night, possibly coming from the pipes or heating system.The beds were comfortable, the views were gorgeous, and we enjoyed seeing the local wildlife, just be aware that wildlife is common in the area.The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed; however, it would be helpful to go through the appliances and remove or replace older items that are no longer usable.The basement bedroom would benefit from a carpet replacement, as it appears there may have been a leak in the past, and there were signs of mold."

"What a wonderful accommodation! Snuggled right up to the ski hill.The accommodation was perfect for the two of us and our pup. All the ammenities were wonderful, awesome large shower tall enough for us tall people, lots of seating, well stocked kitchen and cozy deck looking thru the trees for quiet time outdoors. Also appreciated the luggage roller - that made life easier!Would definitely stay again!"
