"This is a beautiful location. We stayed in one of the Suites and while i give a 5/5 for cleanliness and the overall grounds I have to say I was disappointed by a few things. We were on a bottom floor suite with people above us who lef their dog in the room early in the morning and it howled and howled waking us up. While this isn't a hotel issue i did text asking if the owners could be contacted to come back and get their dog. At the same time I asked if it was possible to get some extra towels. The response was a thumbs up. Thats it. Towels showed up like 7-8 hours later and unsure how long the dog howled for as we got up and went into town for coffee. Anyway, the property itself is absolutely stunning and we would give it a 2nd stay just based on that but it was disappointing that our 2 small issues could'nt be resolved quickly. "

"Great location on Harrison Lane. This is an oldie but a goodie. Staff very welcoming. Clean room with coffee/tea making facilities. Loads of towels and ecofriendly shampoo/conditioner and gel in pump containers in the bathroom. The outdoor hot spring fed pools are a delight and relaxing. Robes and towels provided for your enjoyment. It is a very family friendly resort."

"Great overall. Second visit here. First visit was perfect, second visit - there’s no flip flops available. Kind of at a shock as they had it when I first visited them. They said it’s out of stock, did not expect them to run out of slippers at a lodge. Great experience overall though"

"Bed in our room was bagged out and needs replacing. I don’t expect a saggy bed in a decent hotel. "
