"From the time we booked and all the way through our stay we had lots of questions and Christina was right there to answer them. We stayed during a blizzard so we couldn't be outside but we found plenty to do inside. Christina provided extra chairs and tables so we could play games. We had our family Christmas and we had everything we needed. Some of our family went ice fishing right off their shore. Christina's husband John offered advice about the fishing. We didn't catch anything but we had fun trying. John also helped dig us out on our last day. The place is by no means new, but she's got character!!!"

"The apartment was very nice, but we did not appreciate having to buy the damage insurance. We have always treated places we have rented in the past as if they were our own. We clean up after ourselves and have never damaged anything. We didn't think we should have been required to purchase that expensive insurance for a two day stay."

"We enjoyed our stay at Big Bear Lake Home so much! We were sad that we couldn't stay longer. We were there for a wedding weekend and this was the perfect home base! Plenty of room for the 6 families that were with us. The place is gorgeous right on the lake and well stocked with everything that you need. You just supply your food. The communication with the host was great, as well. Very responsive which I appreciated. Thank you so much for a lovely stay at your lake house! "
