From the house location,1013 Argonne Drive, and the proximity to the base: to Ellie 847 347 2052, our coordinating manager, to Kevin who immediately responded to a thermostat issue, we caused; to Ned, Great Lakes Taxi 773 738 1083, who was so helpful to us. "Close to base was the best thing! The house was very clean but needed some maintenance and attention. There was a place above the kitchen window that looked like it had mold, a bundle of wire sticking out the wall by the entrance, the upstairs shower had black around the bottom of it and the shower head was a pain to figure out. The HVAC system needs some attention as three of the four bedrooms stayed cold even though we cranked the heat up. The furniture in the living room needs some updating. "

The hosts were absolutely wonderful—warm, thoughtful, and incredibly responsive. Anytime we reached out, they replied almost immediately and were more than accommodating. The home itself was beautiful, comfortable, and exactly as described, making our stay even more enjoyable. It’s also perfect for families attending Navy Graduation, with a great location and a welcoming, stress-free atmosphere. This experience set a new standard for us, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place where both the home and the hosts go above and beyond!"
