    Spread across 160 m², the house offers a peaceful retreat. The living area with fireplace, reading nook, and gentle lighting invites you to relax, while life and conversation flow onto the terraces and into the garden. Three comfortable bedrooms ensure restful sleep, with bright, soothing interiors.



    Outside, a spacious, fully fenced property opens up. The private pool sparkles in the sun, and the terraces are perfect for long breakfasts, evening barbecues, or simply unwinding under the Côte d'Azur sky.
