Located in Roquebrune-sur-Argens, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, Villa La Louisière welcomes you to Les Issambres with a spacious 150 sqm single-story home accommodating up to 8 guests. You will find 4 comfortable bedrooms including a master suite, 2 bathrooms, and a fully-equipped private kitchen with a separate laundry room. The villa features air conditioning, high-speed WiFi for video calls, private TV, washing machine, fan, and a dedicated workspace. Additional amenities include a baby bed and childcare services available for an extra fee.



Step outside to your private garden spanning approximately 1500 sqm, beautifully landscaped with aromatic plants and offering stunning sea views. The private covered and uncovered terraces surround your private outdoor pool overlooking the sea, while a private grill, outdoor shower, and private balcony provide perfect spots for relaxation and outdoor dining.



You can park up to 3 vehicles with shared on-site parking, and additional street parking is available. 1 pet is welcome to join your stay. Please note that events are not allowed on the property. Shared table tennis is available for entertainment, and a tennis court is located within a 15-minute walking distance.

Lovely Property

Great location , very nice Villa, beautiful views, comfortable beds, very nice modern bathrooms- it would have been good to have instructions for appliances and access to the fuse box when the power goes down - In general though an excellent place for a relaxing holiday .

Pros: Views, pool and privacy Cons: Trade off to privacy and sweeping views is that it is high up in the hills and difficult to walk up to from beach for most people. But, quick 5 min drive to lovely beaches and town

Super schönes Haus mit sehr schöner Aussicht aufs Meer

Pros: Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet und hat einen coolen Pool Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Cons: Es hatte nur einen Elektronischen Grill! ( der ist auch Perfekt) Ein Gasgrill ist die Alternative! Aber das ist meine Auffassung)

Grandioser Blick auf die Bucht von Saint-Tropez

Pros: Tolle möbelierte Terasse und Pool mit herrlichem Meerblick - auch von den Schlafzimmern aus. Außenbeleuchtung für Abende auf der Terasse. Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern. Großer Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfel-Maker. Waschmaschine vorhanden. Extra separater Wäscheleinenplatz. Gartenkräuter zum Bedienen. Sandrine als Kontaktperson sehr nett und immer schnell erreichbar - auch als unser Sohn auf einen Seeigel gestiegen ist . Gute Tipps für Strände und Restaurants. Möglichkeit für Handtuch- und Bettwäschewechsel. Poolreinigung zweimal in der Woche. Poolserviceteam auch sehr nett. Wir wären gerne länger als unsere 14 Tage geblieben und kommen wieder👍👍👍 Cons: Abfluss der Außendusche war leider verstopft.

Villa fantastique avec vue incroyable

Pros: La vue sur la mer est magnifique et le calme est olympien, on n'entends que le bruit des oiseaux. L'hôte Sandrine est très sympa, flexible et super réactive. La maison est très agréable, tout juste rénovée avec de très belles finitions. À l'extérieur la terrasse est vaste, avec piscine, une grande table et coin salon. Nous avons aussi aime le jardin aromatique avec basilic, menthe, romarin, etc.
