Loft Capocci 37 - Home And More
Characteristic LOFT located on the attic floor of a period building, in the historic center of Rome, in the heart of the Monti district. The apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed, dining area with kitchenette, mezzanine with double bedroom and bathroom.
The high floor, the large windows and the panoramic views of the city make the atmosphere unique and romantic. The environment, equipped with A/C, TV and wi-fi connection, is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.
Rione Monti: it is the heart of the historic center, where it is possible to reach any part of the city thanks to its connections and it is possible to experience that exclusive Roman atmosphere. The area is full of restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors and is close to any tourist attraction. All this is possible by simply moving on foot, in fact every attraction is just a few hundred meters from the property.
