To ensure a perfect stay and keep the apartment in impeccable condition, we ask that you follow a few simple rules:

🕒 Check-in: From 3:00 PM onward.

🕙 Check-out: By 10:00 AM (this allows us to thoroughly clean and prepare the apartment for the next guests).

- No Smoking: Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.

- City Tax: The Municipality of Rome requires a city tax of €6 per person, per night. Please note that this tax is not included in the Stayz booking total and must be paid in cash upon arrival (exact change is highly appreciated!).
