Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment.

They will be provided with the keys (for the building entrance and the apartment door), which should be returned upon departure.

There are no specific hours for entering or leaving the apartment, just the basic rules of living in a condominium!

It will be a pleasure to provide you with all the useful information and tips to make your stay special, whether it's recommendations for local restaurants, attractions to visit, or public transport.

We respect your privacy, but we are available for any needs, whether it's a question about how to get to a destination or simply advice on things to do in the area.

The apartment will be available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.

Check-in can be brought forward if guests need it and availability can be confirmed.

In case of arrival after 9:00 PM, there is an additional charge of 20 euros on the total amount.
In case of arrival after midnight, there is an additional charge of 50 euros on the total amount.

The apartment must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking.

There are no specific hours for entering or leaving the apartment. Guests will be given the keys (building entrance and apartment door), which must be returned at check-out.
In case of loss and/or damage to the keys, guests will be required to compensate for the damage.

No guests are allowed in the apartment unless they are registered. Under no circumstances is it allowed to accommodate people exceeding the number specified in the reservation.

Please ensure that lights, air conditioning, fans, and other appliances are turned off when not in use. Thank you!
