Enjoy a splendid stay in the Cioccis Boutique Apartment, near the historic center which you can begin to admire from the balcony overlooking the Basilica of San Giovanni, reachable in a few minutes on foot as well as the Metro Line A. A renovated two-room apartment, finely furnished and in strategic position is the ideal place for anyone who wants to feel at home after a day of work or discovering Rome!

The apartment is located on the third floor without lift and extends over 60 m2, has a comfortable living room with balcony (where you can eat), sofa, television and fully equipped kitchenette, equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The bedroom offers a double bed and soundproof windows, while the bathroom is equipped with a large shower, bidet and hairdryer. Furthermore, services such as WI-FI connection, air conditioning, heating, supply of bed linen and towels are included.

The property is just a 3-minute walk from the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano and the Via Appia Nuova shopping street, a 15-minute walk from the Colosseum and 4 metro stops from Rome Termini Station. Live like a local in a quiet suburb close to colosseum

Well appointed, airy and clean apartment in a lovely building. Loved the wrap around balcony and looking out across the rooftops. Really felt like a local, with a supermarket close by and cooking facilities what more could you want. Nice hosts and friendly neighbours, nice to have a home from home experience in a stunning city.
