Spartan furnishings with excellent customer service
Excellent customer service by Sara.
Very good location, but exceedingly spartan furnishings.
Just one bed, one table with six chairs and one old, hard couch. No closet or armoire, just a clothes rack.

I cannot say enough good things about Sara, the property manager! Excellent communication—fast and professional. Sara arranged drivers for us and solved every minor problem. She is a gem! I have rented VRBO in the US, Mexico and Europe for years so believe I am very knowledgeable.
The apartment sparkling clean (thank you Blessing), wonderful air conditioning, “city” windows (no noise). Beautifully stocked with generous supplies of clothes and dish washing detergent, paper house slippers, coffee pods, salt and pepper, paper towels—everything to get us off to a good start.
The only thing that prevents me from giving this apartment a 5-star rating is that there is not a comfortable place to sit. The furniture in the photo is very accurately displayed; however, the sofa/double bed is not very comfortable for sitting. The chaise/twin bed is fine but only for one person. The dining chairs are fine for that purpose but not to relax after being out all day. The bed is very comfortable for a good night’s sleep but not for sitting in the bedroom instead of the living room. This is all the furniture in the apartment. Just one comfortable chair to relax in after being out would have been wonderful!! Only my husband and myself stayed here for a week and with a stay of that length the small amenities become important. Please consider one additional piece of furniture (an ottoman would be a nice addition, too). There is ample space.

Amazing location steps from Vatican and short distance to most main attractions. Well appointed apartment with luxury finishes. I recommend that the kitchen equipment be supplemented.
