Tolle Unterkunft

Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut und ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat super geklappt, M., die Schlüsselhalterin, ist eine Perle. Restaurant, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum Vatikan kann man laufen :-)

Très bonne localisation et au calme

Très bonne localisation et au calme dans une petite rue Bus pour le vatican et le centre ville et un carrefour market à 90 mètres . Un très bon restaurant à 30 mètres. Appartement très bien et agréable. F. et son fils très sympathique Point négatif : manque un micro-ondes et une bouilloire électrique. Personnellement je ne sais pas me servir des plaques à gaz. C est mon copain qui a du le faire pour moi.

Métro loin du logement

L'appartement est à environ 30mn à pied du métro et sous 36° c'est loin. Pas de wifi pendant 4 jours sur la semaine et des travaux journaliers matin et soir. Mais très bon accueil de F. et une clim qui marche très bien. Appartement fonctionnel avec superbe terrasse agréable et proche du Vatican.

Die Ferienwohnung ist o.k.

Die Ferienwohnung an sich ist in Ordnung. Leider gibt es kein Wohnzimmer. Das wurde in den Bewertungen des öfteren moniert. Den großen Balkon kann man im Winter nicht nutzen. Die Lage in der Nähe des Petersdoms ist auch in Ordnung. Die Internetverbindung ist schlecht. Gastgeberin meldete sich erst einen Tag vor Anreise wg. Schlüsselübergabe, und sie antwortete nicht auf die Mail, sondern nur auf SMS. Einen Tag vor Abreise wurde die Heizung abgeschaltet.

Casa dotata di tutti i confort, arredata con “ calore” , con un ampio terrazzo che la stagione non ci ha consentito di apprezzare . Ad un passo da San Pietro ( 20 min Max) e in una zona servita da mezzo e con molti negozi e banche .

Kvalitní ubytování v Římě během opatření proti COV

Celkově bylo ubytování v pořádku. Některé dekorace sice už neodpovídaly fotografiím, ale postele byly O.K. (i když jsme zvyklí na jiné přikrývky). Myčka je stále nepoužitelná a nádherná terasa obývací pokoj nenahradí, protože víte, že už obyčejným hovorem, rušíte sousedy. Vše ale vynahradí výborná poloha vzhledem k památkám Říma a snadná dostupnost městské dopravy. Parkoval jsem na ulici, a to bez poplatku.

Nur zu empfehlen! Super Lage und ganz tolle Wohnung. Mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und alles sehr sauber. Supermarkt, Café, Pizzeria alles direkt um die Ecke zu tollen Konditionen. Schlüsselübergabe verläuft unproblematisch! Alles bestens!!

Gut: in Nähe Haltestellen/Supermarkt ABER - Vermieterin reagierte erst auf Nachfrage auf unsere Ankunftszeit/fragte weit vor dieser Zeit, wo wir denn bleiben/nahm sich kaum Zeit - defekt: 1 Fensterladen (kein Tageslicht im Raum) u. Spülmaschine-Wurden entgegen der Zusage der Vermieterin nicht repariert. - Geschirr/Besteck/Töpfe waren recht schmutzig. Da es in Küche meistens kein warmes Wasser gab u. verkalkter Wasserkocher keine Option war, musste man Spülwasser mit gr. Topf in Dusche holen.

Très bonne location. Climatisation tres appréciée Vatican accessible à pied. Transports en commun proches et fonctionnels. Parking voiture dans la rue facile et gratuit. Dommage de l'indisponibilité de l'étendoir à linge.
