Horrible experience

I booked this hotel for my first time in Rome, My experience was terrible. There’s no front desk. To find the property was a nightmare. The bathroom smelled terrible. Delayed response from the person who was in charge. I asked for a few more minutes in the room since I have a 15 months old baby but the lady didn’t seem to care. Never found out from the property manager if we can stay. My flight time had changed so I had to leave my luggage in the lobby so I can go have breakfast with my family risking someone stealing my valuables. Keep Me in mind there’s an extra cleaning fee when you get there Ull be charged for. The only good thing is that it was close to the Vatican.

Римские каникулы Проживние было комфортным и обсуживание ненавязчивым. Номер отеля чистый, просторный. Нас никто не встретил по указанному на сайте адресу. Мы кое как нашли номер телефона. Нам написали что с нашей бронью проблема и апартаменты заняты. Правда на улице не оставили. Направили по другому адресу неподалёку. Мы как то нашли и прождали часик. В общем всё обошлось. Отель понравился.

Om je veel moeite te besparen boek je dit hotel best NIET! Het hotel ligt vlak naast een luide weg en het is moeilijk te vinden. De naam van het hotel vind je nergens. Je kan maar bepaalde uren inchecken. Als je buiten deze uren zou inchecken moet je nog eens een toeslag betalen. Je hebt ook de kans dat ze je zelf niet meer willen inchecken als je buiten deze uren aanwezig bent. Wij hebben laten weten dat we later toekwamen zodat ze aanwezig zouden zijn. Na een uur in de regen te wachten rond 23u voor het hotel lieten ze ons weten dat we geen slaaplaats hadden voor die nacht omdat ze ons niet meer wilden inchecken. Dit hebben ze zeer onresctvol laten weten en hielpen ons hierna totaal niet meer verder. Slechtste hotel waar ik ooit mee te maken gekregen hebben en zeer onvriendelijke mensen.

Sólo merece la pena por su ubicacion

Si quieres solo buena ubicación, reserva en este hotel. La habitación está bien pero no muy limpia, la ducha pequeña con apenas agua y no caliente. Cuando llegamos, no estaba preparada la habitación, tuvimos que darnos un largo paseo. Tuvimos dos incidencias y fue complicadísimo contactar con alguien, solo había comunicación mediante mensaje y no contestaba nadie. Estuvimos horas sin tener contestación de ningún responsable. No lo recomiendo

Cela aurait pu être très bien

Le logement, d'un prix abordable, est bien placé, tout près du métro et d'un tram, dans un quartier animé, avec tout ce qu'il faut. Pas de surprise, il est conforme à la description (même si le ménage n'a pas été fait tous les jours comme mentionné). Mais, sauf pour payer les suppléments, on ne correspond avec le loueur que par téléphone ou WhatsApp. Les réactions, même s'il y a urgence, sont particulièrement lentes, voire inexistantes. Pour avoir les clés, c'est compliqué, personne ne vient, nous avons eu la chance qu'il y ait une autre chambre occupée pour nous ouvrir l'accès à l'immeuble. Et quand il n'y a personne ? Enfin, pas d'eau chaude à notre arrivée ni pendant les 5 jours de notre séjour. Nous attendons toujours le geste commercial annoncé.

The host that meet us tried to hustle us for full payment at regular price 370 Euros + 36 Euros per night in cash. She insisted on 36 Euros city tax that had to be paid in cash, or I was asked to leave. When mentioning Expedia, she didn't want to hear it. She just snubbed it and ignored my pre-paid rate. Claimed to send me a receipt by email for the 36 Euros in cash I paid. Never Received It! Not Surprising. Stay Away! This place is a Scam!

Le lieu et l’etablis étaient bien. Mais les 30€ de taxes d’arrivee tardive pour une arrivée à 20:45 alors que l’etablissement avait été prévenu d’une arrivée à cette heure ci et avec en plus aucune possibilité par carte, donc uniquement en liquide, sont abusives.

Oteli vatikana çok yakın, hemen önünde otobüs durağı var metro var. Ulaşım çok rahat. Otelin temizliğide çok güzeldi. Sadece bir çok otelde kaldım kişi başı ortalama 2€ alınırken, otel görevlisi hanfendi iki kişiden 38€ aldı, şehir vergisi falan filan varmış. bu talep hariç çok güzeldi

Lokalizacja idealnie skomunikowana. Pod domem metro, autobus, tramwaj. Sam pokój trochę rozczarowuje. Niezbyt czysto. Pokój, ściany wymagają odświeżenia. W łazience deszczownie niesprawna. Niezbyt schludnie ogólnie. Proces zameldowania nieco kłopotliwy.

Air conditioners require maintenance!!

Rooms are clean and beautiful. Location is amazing. Everything was good except the airconditoner. The aircon did not work and for 3 nights we felt we used a non aircon room.

Super Lage, direkt an der Metro Ottaviani! Das muss man sagen. Unten Supermarkt und super Bioladen zum Frühstücken, Lunchen. ABER wir mussten trotz Absprache über eine Stunde in der Hitze warten, bis uns jemand aufschloss. Sehr schräg. Es gibt keine Rezeption, man erreicht telefonisch nie jemanden, nur WhatsApp und es ist sehr sporadisch wie und ob geantwortet wird. Es wurde immer geschrieben, "the girl ist coming" oder "in 1 Min" und insgesamt dauerte es über eine Stunde. Das Zimmer ist sehr laut (Klimaanlage läuft Tag und Nacht auf dem Nachbarbalkon) man guckt durchs Fenster auf eine 2 m entfernte Hauswand, das Bad ist uralt, ebenso der Duschvorhang, das Wasser läuft nicht ab. Für den Preis kann man vielleicht nichts anderes erwarten. Aber die Lage ist wie gesagt top und hat uns etwas entschädigt.

The bathroom is not very clean and the room condition is pretty worn out. Shower head is almost broken. Different from the picture. Convenient location but please expect noisy outside. Friendly staff at check in but no breakfast as mentioned in the site.

The place is near to the Vatican, and near to stores and restaurants, I do not have a phone, and the only communication with the personnel was with emails, ( they do not has front desk and the cleaning personnel are there only in the mornings; we stayed for 4 nights and they do not left toilet paper and soap for us... we need to buy them.

Good budget accomodations

No staff usually on site so it can be a challenge checking in, but we didn't have any problems (other people we ran into did, however). The area is awesome, close to metro, bus and tram and lots of restaurants and shops in the area. Walking distance to the Vatican. The rooms are clean, but definitely could use a little TLC as they require paint and a little maintenance. But the beds were comfortable and the staff were very willing to help out. Good budget accommodations - not a hotel, more like a flat or apartment. Wifi worked well.

Property is excellent and just live like at home without any owner disturbance. A bit noisy area as on a main road. Overall very good. Just make sure u hv checked in between 3-8 PM else there is a €30 charge for that upto 10 PM and then €50 for further delayed checkin.

Ottima soluzione per soggiornare nei pressi del Vaticano e di bei negozi e ristoranti, con fermata metro linea A sottocasa. Si tratta di un appartamento ristrutturato in cui sono state ricavate 4 camere con bagno privato.A disposizione anche un angolo cucina nell'area comune.

Top spot.

The room was the best I've ever had in a"cheap" hostel. Spacious, comfortable and clean - the room was furnished better than some more expensive places I've stayed in. Enjoyed very much.
