Really enjoyed staying at the flat. Very nicely taken care of and in the center of Rome - with many great restaurants close by and the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon less than 10 minutes away. Great for walking and seeing central Rome. Germana was also great!

Perfect Location

Perfect location all touring sites were within walking distance including plenty of restaurant choices. American Breakfast offered at some locations. Supermarkets are just a few blocks away offering many items. Pharmacy’s and Cafe Bars. It’s a great place for that home away from home feeling.

Perfect place for home base while in Rome

Apartment was perfectly comfortable and centrally located. Easy walk to local shops and cafe/restaurants. Property manger very helpful and easy to communicate with. I would list it as a two bedroom in summer though as the third bedroom does not have AC and could get warm, as we did not use the third bedroom I still give it 5 stars.

We loved the apartment. It is in a perfect location. Short walk to Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps. There is a hope on Hope off station done the street as well as a grocery store. There is a Michelin restaurant on the right and a cafe on the left of the apartment. It was clean and had everything we needed. The elevator saved the day since it is on the 4th floor. There is a little street noise, but you are in a big city and that is to be expected. Our host was extremely helpful. She arranged a driver to pick us up at the airport and take us back at the end of the trip. She also made us dinner reservations at Colline Emiliane. We would stay there again.

Good location but not at all like the photos

We stayed 3 days. Location was good and host communicated efficiently before we arrived. Check in was easy enough but key and lock were tricky. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning either did not work or was not turned on end of April. It was warm and we could have used it. Pictures were not at all representation of the actual apartment. Apartment was much older than pictured. Kitchen was not as clean as should have been. Small bathroom shower was clogged and pan filled up while showering. Would not stay here again.

I did a lot of research on properties before we took our trip and we were not disappointed with this decision! This property was just what we wanted. There was a lift for us to use to get to the fourth floor. The size was perfect for our party of four. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were small but clean. We hung our wet towels outside on the line right outside the bathroom. Loved the Italian way! The location was wonderful and we basically walked to everything we wanted to see. The living room was a great size with a large table. The pictures online are true. It was quiet when we closed the windows at night. I highly recommend this property, especially if you have 4 or more traveling. If we are ever fortunate to revisit Rome, this is where I want to be! What a great place!

Ok location

The location of this property was good for exploring Rome. It's proximity to buses and the Metro had it easy to get around the city. A couple of things that might be helpful for future travelers: - The transportation service from the airport was perfect for our group of five. It was nice to have someone pick us up from the airport and drop us off directly in front of the apartment building. - The beds at this location are not very comfortable. You could feel the springs poking through one of the queen beds. - Due to the age of the building and its location, it can get quite noisy from the people outside and garbage trucks coming through at night. Ear plugs were a must! - We had a minor problem with communication around early check-in. We arranged to have an early check-in and were only informed it was no longer available after I reached out the day before we arrived for final details about the transportation service. We were refunded the early check-in fee and everything worked out, but it would have been quite a shock if we had shown up expecting to have an early check-in and then informed we couldn't get in.
