THE SPACE
The rooms at “The Suitest,” featuring a modern and inviting design, offer comfort and views of the interior gardens. They are equipped with a wall-mounted HD smart TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and YouTube; air conditioning; a spacious closet complete with hangers; blackout curtains; free, high-speed fibre Wi-Fi; and USB Type-A and Type-C wall outlets for charging electronic devices (in every bedroom).
An additional free cot (0–24 months) and a pocket Wi-Fi device are available upon request, ensuring a stable connection during your excursions to explore the most beautiful city in the world.
"The Suitest" rooms are the ideal retreat for relaxing after exploring the enchanting wonders of Rome.

The bathrooms feature spacious showers, hairdryers, bidets, complimentary toiletries, and a washing machine.

The kitchen is fully equipped with every convenience (dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, iron, and a complete set of kitchen utensils).
A gluten-free set of dishes is available upon request.

We’re in a prime location; nearby attractions you can visit on foot include: the Colosseum, the Imperial Forums, the Basilica of St. John Lateran, the Latin Walls, the Baths of Caracalla, the Circus Maximus, the Catacombs of St. Callixtus and St. Sebastian... the heart of Rome is just a stone’s throw away!

Well-connected by public transport, a very short distance from two major metro stations (Line A/San Giovanni, about a 15-minute walk away, and Line C/Porta Metronia, opening in September, about 300 metres away), several bus lines (bus stop No. 628 right outside the building’s main entrance), and a taxi rank.

The area—residential yet charming and lively—is full of quaint spots and amenities: restaurants, bistros, supermarkets, a pharmacy, a local market, a hospital, and shops of all kinds.

GUEST ACCESS
Upon your arrival, we will be happy to open the building’s main doors for you after you ring the intercom.
You can unlock the apartment by entering the access code you received upon booking confirmation.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Below are some useful guidelines regarding the House Rules:

- Check-in after 3:00 p.m.
- Check-out by 10:00 a.m.

Please let us know your estimated arrival time if possible, or inform us of any specific needs so we can provide you with the best assistance and accommodate your requirements.

Upon your arrival, you’ll find a welcome kit waiting for you, which we hope you’ll find useful during your stay.

We kindly ask that you follow the House Rules, which are also posted inside the apartment.

Please remember to leave the keys inside the apartment at the end of your stay.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment for safety reasons.

The owner is not liable for any items lost inside the apartment.

The price listed and paid through the platform includes the following:
