The space



Living room and kitchen

The dining area is furnished with a table and four chairs, a flat-screen TV, a blue and gold armchair and numerous items of furniture. To the left of the dining area is the living area, which consists of a double sofa bed, a high table with four gold stools and a fully equipped open kitchen with major appliances.



Bedroom and bathroom



To the right of the dining area, on the other hand, is the bedroom, which consists of several very fine gold-coloured furnishings, a double bed and a small table with mirror. In the living area is the bathroom, completely with wooden furnishings and with a large shower stall, as well as a large washbasin with mirror and the necessary sanitary fittings. Next to the bathroom door is a further door which houses the laundry area.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURES

For your arrival, you can choose between a free self-check-in or an assisted check-in with extra fee. Please tell us the type of check-in you prefer. If not communicated, only the Self Check-in will be available. The assisted check-in is available on request with extra fee from 3.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m.



1. SELF CHECK-IN: FREE

We remind you that an internet connection is required to enter the apartment.

You can enter the apartment by yourself from 3.00 p.m.

The standard Check-out time is up to 11.00 am.



2. ASSISTED CHECK-IN: SERVICE WITH FEE

If you prefer to be welcomed by a member of our staff, you can communicate it during your booking. We remind you that we don\'t have a reception, so we need to know the time of your arrival before 12.00 a.m. of your check-in day. Assisted check-in have an extra cost and it is available only from 3.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m.



RULES TO BE OBSERVED

-Compliance with the house rules is compulsory.

-It is forbidden for persons other than those listed in the reservation to stay overnight.

-Credit card required for pre-authorisation of 50€. The full amount will be released to your account within 3 days after check-out.
