This delightful apartment is located on the fourth floor without lift of an ancient building in the heart of the city, a few meters from the Spanish Steps. The apartment is very characteristic and furnished with taste and attention to detail. Original features such as period ceilings have been retained, combining contemporary design and comfort. It can accommodate up to 4 people and consists of a comfortable living room with two single sofa beds and dining area, equipped kitchen, a mezzanine with double bed and bathroom with shower. Very bright, it has an ideal location, in the heart of Rome, from where you can easily reach - both on foot and by public transport - all the main places of interest. A few meters away there are restaurants, shops and bars and the metro stop

What a lovely apartment!

A 2 minute walk from the Spanish Steps, this apartment was perfect for our (my daughter and myself) 9 day visit to Rome. Great location, fun and quirky decor, and just the right size!

Great stay, great location

We stayed at this apartment for 5 days. The location is amazing. Super close to metro, groceries, restaurants, gelato :) and of course the Spanish steps. Walking distance to a lot of things.Check-in was easy, unit management was very professional and helpful. Unit was as shown in pictures. Overall a cozy stay and would book again if back in Roma. Its top floor with no elevator so set your expectations accordingly before booking. It was no problem for us.

appartement with potential great location

Arrival was a little complicate din terms of communication with the agency. The appartment was really well located and had great potential (even though it needs some fixing). Calm environment. Carefull, 4th floor no elevator.

The location of the apartment made the price worth it. Not only around the corner from the Spanish Steps, but adorable, quality and well-renowned cafes just outside the doors with high-end shopping. Property is on the tippy top floor of the building, lots of stairs with steep stairs up to the loft area (watch your heads) so be weary when booking. Vrbo does not manage the property, communication must go through the point of contact provided to you through weekly rentals. City tax per night must be paid in cash. Overall a fantastic stay in an epic location.
