  • This romantic and welcoming 65 sqm penthouse is located on the second floor of a period building in the heart of Trastevere. Furnished with refinement and attention to detail, the apartment offers a warm, elegant and full of light atmosphere with the antique terracotta floor, the ceiling with exposed wooden beams and a fireplace. It has a large living room with living area and dining area, a fully equipped independent kitchen, a large double bedroom, a bathroom with window, bathtub and shower and a small furnished terrace. The apartment, although located in the heart of Trastevere, is particularly quiet. The modern and comfortable furniture has been personally taken care of by the owners, adapting it perfectly to the classic style of the structure.
