Now, more than the wastefulness of power, we use to take care about the environment, as we all should do. Once in, the air conditioning works in less than 1min. About the window opened, yes we did it due to the bad smell we found inside with all the mess we found. Yes in the city we have some mosquitos, not bedbugs, it's common in summer. The use of a normal spry (even when walking the city) would help. Yes the guests slept in a different room for the first night. It was a very last booking and we tried to keep in touch with them since they booked. But calling the given phone number, someone asked from the US. Not possible to keep in touch with the guests to plan their arrival. They showed up later than 8pm and, even if in out policy page is clearly written we do not check in people later than 8pm, we went back there and check them in.
