Very useful apartment

Very practical apartment. Nice kitchen, good quality linens. Sandwiched between a busy street ( which might be too noisy for some) and a cute, artsy back alley street behind.

Amazing Stay in the Heart of Rome!

We only had one night at this amazing place, but we were able to see so much of Rome within walking distance by the beautiful lights of midnight! A short walk to Vatican City the next day. An excellent location and the most accommodating host.

Staying at Francesco’s apartment helped make our stay in room a great week. The bed was so comfortable and having the extra space to relax after touring was a huge plus. Great Location

We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay in Rome! Grazie Francesco your apartment is Top Notch! Your attention to detail is amazing and the comfort provided was greatly appreciated. We could walk everywhere and the taxi station to return to the Stazione was at the corner! Mrs. Rosie was thorough with our check in, and we appreciated her patience with our late arrival. Very quiet and comfortable apartment. Arrivederci!

Well Coordinated and Communicated

I can’t say enough good things about the communications and coordinate with Francesco and Mrs. Rosie. Francesco is a superior communicator leaving nothing unexplained! We were greeted and shown the apartment with complete explanations about the appliances, local transportation and how to deal with problems. They made themselves fully available to answer further questions during our stay, as well. I fully recommend the apartment and staff to any wishing to stay in Central Rome.

Great location

We loved our location while in Rome. The Host was very kind and arranged multiple taxi drivers. The apartment was just what we thought. The only issue we had was the A/C didn’t work great. The apartment had fans but it was pretty hot. The whole place has one A/C unit for the whole place. After we left they were getting it serviced since it would stop working during the day. The Host was fantastic and responsive as soon as we told him the issue. I would recommend this location and apartment to anyone.

Elegant Gem in the Eternal City

Location, Location, Location! Everything is just a walk away: Piazza Novana - five minutes, The Pantheon - ten minutes, The Colosseum/Ancient Forum/Capitoline Museum - twenty minutes, St. Peter's and the Vatican - twenty minutes, The Spanish Steps - twenty five minutes. Also, Pam Supermarket is one block away. The apartment itself: a well equipped/serviceable kitchen, a spacious bedroom and livingroom each with doors (can serve as two bedrooms if desired), a large bathroom, several large full size windows allowing for tons of natural light, good security, very clean, and very comfortable! So easy to settle into and enjoy! Check-in was smooth and efficient. The apartment owner, Mr. Rizzone, made me feel welcome and appreciated. Without doubt, a standout apartment in an incredibly desirable location!

Felt like home away from home. The mattress in the pull-out was so comfortable according to my kids. Everything that we needed was there. Francesco arranged a pick-up from the airport and later to the cruise port which cost so much less than an Uber would charge. We walked to everywhere. Lime scooters were almost in every corner which my kids used a lot. Rosie was very helpful and it helped that she is Filipino just like us. We walked even @ 1 am and felt safe. A nearby Pizza and ice cream place didn't really help my diet , but boy so refreshing after a whole day of adventures. We hang out in Trastevere that had a bustling night life. Uber is readily available. We only stayed for 2 nights before our cruise - we should have stayed for longer! Would stay again at this place next time .

Perfect!

Perfect location to walk or bus many popular places. Grocery store a block away. Best pizza a block away. Vatican a 10 minute bus ride or 30 minute easy walk. Bus stops a block away. Perfect location. Apartment is very nice and well maintained. Exactly as pictured. One flight of stairs up. Small lift/elevator — we only used for luggage. Plenty of room for adult and 2 teens — room for 6 to sleep if needed. Rosie was wonderful — met us at apartment and showed us around, explained how to use everything, where to go locally for anything we needed. There was nothing more we could have wanted in a place to stay in Rome. Highly recommend.

Lovely Apartment - Wonderful Location

I highly recommend this apartment! The apartment is lovely and very clean. Everything worked well. The apartment owner was extremely helpful! He would respond to all my email or text messages within a few hours (if not sooner). He also arranged transportation to and from the airport for us. He made everything about our trip to Rome so very easy. Back to the apartment - we chose it based on the location - and could not have been happier! We walked everywhere! (A real plus when you are eating pasta and gelato every day.) We were so close to Piazza Navona that we walked there every day. The Piazza is so lively day and night (we loved night the best). We loved our trip to Rome - and this lovely apartment in the absolutely great location enhanced our vacation. Grazie Mille, Francesco!

Great stay in Rome!

We stayed in the apartment for 4 nights. The apartment is very clean, and we felt safe. It has a wonderful location, close to shopping, grocery stores and Roman sites. Mrs. Rosie greeted us and introduced us to the apartment and surrounding area. She was very attentive to our requests. There is a wonderful Welcome Book to help with instructions, restaurants and more. The apartment is of the age that there are no closets. To make up for this there are many hooks to help hold your items. We were traveling for 2 months so had 4 suitcases and it was difficult to set them out and get into them. The kitchen is well equipped with a washer [which is also a dryer!], microwave, assorted coffee makers [including an American coffee maker], and toaster [no dishwasher which was not an issue to us]. There are lots of windows. The bathroom is a good size with a small shower and a large window [bring your own washcloths]. We would stay again!

Truly Elegant

Both of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rome at this apartment. It was indeed elegant, and also everything else that it is described to be. The views out of the large living room windows of the beautiful buildings across the street make this room a great place to relax in. The location of the apartment was very convenient to all of our site-seeing plans. Many sites were an easy walk, and for others there is a bus stop just down the street and a taxi stand just beyond that. For meals, 2 supermarkets (Pam and Carrefour) are an easy walk. Pam was a fine store, but we thought that Carrefour, just a little farther walk was a bit bigger with better selection. Osteria dei Cappellari about 30 yards around the corner, was great for traditional Roman pasta. Finally, what made our stay such a great experience was the owner, Francesco. From the US, we communicated via the VRBO platform, and with WhatsApp once we got to Italy. He was very helpful to us in creating our plan for transit from the airport, gave us a great steer on a convenient local bakery (Forno Monteforte), and quickly answered any questions we had. A great host and a real pleasure to deal with.

We are from the States so I’m not sure if our expectations are different than Europeans. It was an excellent location. Checkin was easy. Simona was very helpful and gave us lots of suggestions for places to eat. The safe in the apartment was nice to have. They made up the pull out couch so we had two beds which was nice. Washer/dryer didn’t work like we thought. We were able to wash clothes but the dryer didn’t dry clothes as expected but there was a drying rack to use. The cleaners forgot to put toilet tissue in the apartment so we bought some at the local grocery store which is only a block away and very convenient. The kitchen we only used for coffee. The coffee maker took forever so I just used the kettle to heat water and poured it in the coffee maker to make coffee. Some of the outlets didn’t seem to work with our converters. All in all it fit our needs with minor inconveniences.

We loved our stay here at the rent home! Perfectly located, within walking distance to all of the great sites to see around Rome. Apartment was clean, fully stocked with all of the essentials, and perfect for our family of 4. The hosts were excellent and very accommodating. Communication before and during the stay was excellent. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Rome!

Excellent Hosts

Francisco and Mrs Simona were great, they both communicated great before and during our stay. The location was great and we walked to almost everything we wanted to see in Rome. The washing machine even broke the first day there and they had someone there the next morning to fix it. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent unit and great location!

My husband, 23-year old daughter and I just returned home from a one week stay at this unit in Rome and we just loved it. The beds in the two rooms were very comfortable and the unit was very roomy for our three adults, but it could have easily fit more. We selected this apartment for its location and it was definitely a very good choice. It is walkable to so many of Rome's most sought out sites. But we also loved the unit because it was fully stocked with everything we needed including an in-unit washer dryer, an air conditioning unit that worked really well and sufficient hot water for all of us to shower comfortably. With supermarkets, ATMs, and many cafes and restaurants nearby, our stay was made very easy. I had an unfortunate accident right before our trip to Rome which put me in the hospital for a week, so I was worried before the trip about how I would maneuver things in Rome. But the unit having an elevator made it easy for me to get in and out of the apartment with my walker, and the Uber system in Rome has evolved so well that I was able to get picked up at the door of the building and dropped off at our destinations very smoothly. I would highly recommend this apartment. The unit proprietor (Francesco) and his apartment manager (Ms. Simona) were very responsive and helpful during the booking process and our stay. We were even booked round trip transfers to/from the Rome airport. We very much enjoyed our Rome visit and appreciated all that this unit had to offer.

We couldn’t have picked a better location for our family to stay! 3 min and you’re in Campo de' Fiori!! We had six people and had beds for everyone. Simona met us at check in and showed us all of the subtle nuances. This was very handy as (my fault for not reading the manual) we tripped the breaker using the oven and washing machine together. I was able to go to the first level to flip it. They have an elevator which was fantastic for our luggage! Taxi station nearby as well. The location on this is ideal!
