Room was clean and unique. Almost no pressure in shower if you want semi hot water. They put waters and soft drinks in mini fridge which was a big plus.

Great Location
Great location and wonderful staff. Breakfast was good. Beds were a bit hard for our liking. Mini split A/C was very noisy when fan was on medium or high and shower needed some deep scrubbing but other than that we had a fantastic stay.

What a lovely place to stay in Rome. Received an excellent service, manager went far and beyond to make sure our needs were fulfilled on time, with such professionalism and kindness. He really made our stay unforgettable. The hotel is right in the heart of major tourist attractions but please keep in mind, as description indicates, it is only for adults. It was a different experience since it gave us a glimpse on how life was in this historic building and surrounding areas. We will for sure consider staying here again when we return to Rome. Thank you for everything!

Disappointing
Upon arrival I understood why the website didn't include photos of the entrance. The site listed slippers in the room but there were none. Could have used them because of the gritty floor. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest looking. Door handle and keyhole to the room appeared ready to come apart at any minute. Breakfast was a meh. Overall not our best stay in Rome.

We really liked the projector in our room instead of a usual TV and that each room had its own theme. It was also really nice that the free snacks and drinks in the fridge were topped up daily. The location was excellent- easy to find our way to all key areas of Rome by walking (though a bus or metro is also available). The only slight negative was that it wasn’t as easy to find the hotel as expected. On the whole we would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful hotel Ripetta Relais
This was such a lively hotel in a great spot, Nicoli even came to get us to check in. The room was spotless, the breakfast delucious, they were helpful and made it so enjoyable, clean towels everyday and the little roof terrace jyst lovely.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. It is in a perfect location with incredible restaurants on the door step. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean, the only thing was that the sink was broken which was a little worrying. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very happy with the Ripetta Relais.
We had an excellent stay in the Ripetta Relais during our stay in Rome. The hotel service was great, we got the driver to collect us from the airport and take us back on departure and it made things 10 times easier! Our room was the iSpa and having a jacuzzi in the room really made the hotel that bit better. Only disadvantage I would say about the room was that the shower leaked ridiculously, going from the bathroom into the bedroom. However other than that we had not one issue with the room or hotel. Great area to stay in also, only a 10 minute walk from the Vatican City and close to the metro to get around easily.

Déception beyond expectations
I booked this bed and breakfast relying on the reviews of the various booking websites, to find out that you can not always rely on reviews. Let me tell you why: - the level of cleanliness is below anything you can imagine (hairs on the floor, dust all over the place, walls dirty and in poor condition, dirty towels, jacuzzi head rest yellowish/dirty) -poor condition of the fixtures (toilet seat broken, the shower flooring is destroyed, intermittent hot water, door handle broken, bedsheets perforated) -no lift, you ll have to carry your luggage through two floors. - rooms located on the street side are extremely noisy. However all this does not compare to the experience I had with the owner/manager "luca". I informed him that I was not satisfied with his B&B and that my wife can not acces the stairs and I asked him for a refund to go somewhere else. I considered that a professional would favor customer satisfaction over additional revenues, but NO. His answer to me was "I have your money so do whatever you want I don't care". It is important to note that I had pay EUR 180 /night for a stay that was the most unpleasant I had as a traveller. For more or less the same price I would recommend the 504 corso suite which is located on the next Street where I stayed one night prior to my stay at ripetta relais.

A gem in Rome
This is a gem in the heart of Rome. The service was amazing and overall there was a very friendly atmosphere. The rooms are new and comfortable. The only thing I'd say is that there is not a lot of storage space (my room did not have a wardrobe but hangers), which was fine for me but might not be for others. It's right by Piazza del Popolo and not even a 5 min walk to Flaminio station. Everything is walk-able (Colosseum, the Vatican, Villa Borghese). You can see that a lot of hard work goes into this hotel and I would not hesitate to go back.

I cannot say enough about our hosts, Nicola and Valerio. Both were extremely helpful, friendly and energetic. I had an oversleep mishap.. and woke up 10 minites before my train left. I ran into Valerio and he immediately called the train line, patiently and successfully changed my ticket to an hour later. Grazie mille! K

Location Location Location. Dead centre of Rome. Next to Piazza dell Popolo, Spagna, via dell Corso. Walking distance to Vatican, Piazza Navona, Campo di Fiori, Fontana di Trevi. Beautifull room. I almost thoght to give bad rates in order to keep you all away and keep the place my secret but Valerio, the owner, deserves all the compliments. Will come again and reccomend to others.

Molto difficile da trovare, pur essendo di roma i numeri civici non avevano molto senso; poi non proprio ideale seguire mille istruzioni su what’s app per trovare l’ingresso, le scale, la stanza. Poi una volta in camera, tutto bellissimo, la stanza, la jacuzzi, ed il pacchetto romantico per mia moglie. Purtroppo la mattina dopo siamo stati svegliati da qualcuno che si è attaccato al citofono (a colazione ci hanno detto che era la signora delle pulizie)

Bed & breakfast très bien placé, mais vétuste
attention ce n'est pas un hôtel, mais un bel & breakfast. L'accueil est très bien et le personnel facilement joignable et serviable. Idéalement placé à côté de la place du peuple, on rejoins à pied le colisée, le vatican et tout les centres d'intérêts de Rome. Petit déjeuner succinct mais suffisant. Le lit est fait quotidiennement et les serviettes changées. En revanche, je ne met pas plus de 3 car l'hôtel est vétuste, le ménage est peu poussé (toile d'araignées, moisissures dans la douche). Les photos sont trompeuses. Cela ne nous a pas trop déranger car nous n'y passions pas beaucoup de temps, mais j'ai trouvé cela très décevant car c'était une surprise pour mon conjoint, et cela donnait l'impression d'un cadeau au rabais, alors que les prix sont ceux d'un hôtel mercure...
