Posizionata in posizione strategica perché è vicinissima a piazza San Pietro e Castel Sant’Angelo, peccato che però la struttura non abbia nessun servizio a disposizione! Ne in check in ne al check out abbiamo visto qualcuno, l’aria condizionata non funzionava e avendo prenotato nel mese di dicembre faceva molto freddo. La camera non era pulitissima anche perché per pochi secondi che ho camminato scalza senza ciabatte mi sono ritrovata i capelli di qualcuno attaccati ai calzini.. la doccia era otturata quindi non potevo tenere l’acqua accesa per più di qualche secondo altrimenti usciva dal box… era presente nella camera un mimi frigo ma vuoto.. per l’importo speso si trova molto ma molto di meglio, PECCATO!

Friendly staff and great location

Hi, I had a great time staying at this property, the location is amazing and I could easily walk everywhere. Vatican and even to Rome City Centre. I have arranged for transfers and the communication was fantastic. From the moment of booking I felt that I had someone that will ensure that I get to the property safely. Small but works well! HAS WIFY

Small room but worked well .position was very good close to many restaurants and fantastic shopping area . Lady stayed up to greet us as we had a late flight into Rome. Small basic ,but works well nice shower and also has air conditioner.

Basic, but worth the money.

For the money, this is a nice place as we weren't in our room much except to sleep and shower. It is a 10 minute walk to the Vatican, close to shops and transit. Breakfast is across the street and consists of coffee, juice and a croissant. We missed most of the breakfasts as they open at 7:30 and transit to visit sites left before that. We booked an extra night by mistake, let them know when we checked in, but were charged for the room anyway. My fault, it just would have been nice if they refunded as we told them 7 days in advance.

Nicely located but can be difficult to find at night. Room and bed size is small. For breakfast they provide coupons of a store in front of hotel. it opens only by 7.30-8 AM so if you are planning to move out early to see the attractions, do not opt for free breakfast option.Be ready to pull your suitcases up 7-8 stairs.

hôtel bien situé et calme

Nous avons séjourné en couple du 25 novembre au 28 novembre 2016 dans cet hôtel. Un monsieur nous attendait et parlait assez bien le français. Il était sympathique. La chambre donnait sur une cour tranquille. La literie était confortable, la salle de bain très correcte et le ménage était fait tous les jours.

Perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt

Alles war eigentlich wie beschrieben. Gute Lage, sauber, Klimaanlage, freundliches Personal. Einzige Kritikpunkte sind einmal der schlechte Empfang des WLANs in den hinteren Zimmern und auch das Frühstück beschränkt auf ein pures Minimum (Croissant + Café). Bei Komfort kann ich leider nur drei Sterne geben da die Betten sehr hart sind. Wen das nicht stört, dem ist das Hotel aber durchaus zu empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mitten in Rom

Wir waren zu fünft unterwegs, um die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten in Rom zu erkunden. Es war alles zu Fuß erreichbar, zum Petersplatz zehn Minuten, Piazza Navona ca. 25 Min., kleine Lebensmittelläden in direkter Nähe. Die Metrostation ganz in der Nähe erleichterte manche Exkursion. Die Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und zu einem Innenhof ausgerichtet, es war vom Straßenlärm nichts zu hören, wir konnten bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen. Die Bäder sind neu renoviert, die Duschen mit Glasschiebewänden versehen. Wasserkocher und Teevorrat sowie Safe im Zimmer fanden wir sehr angenehm. In derselben Straße waren mindestens drei Restaurants in unterschiedlichen Preisklassen, wo man auch mal nur ein Glas Wein trinken konnte. Dadurch haben wir ein hoteleigenes Restaurant nicht vermisst. Das Frühstück in der gegenüberliegenden Bar war typisch italienisch, Kaffee, Croissant und ein Glas Saft, serviert von einem sehr freundlichen Inhaber. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier unseren Aufenthalt verbringen.

Nice place very close to Vatican

This guest house is very close to the Vatican, even closer than it looks on the map. It is also very close to a supermarket, several restaurants and the metro station is a short walk away which is very handy. For staying in Rome it is an ideal location. The room was very nice with good Wifi, air conditioning, a big comfortable bed and was very clean. There was also a flat screen TV but every station was in Italian but on our second day we discovered that if you use the tools button on the remote you can change the audio on some of the stations from Italian to English which was good. Breakfast is served across the street at a little bar/cafe, just a coffee and croissant but it was very nice and was enough for us.We found the Italian people very nice and helpful throughout our whole stay. We enjoyed our trip very much and would recommend visiting Rome and the Vatican and Colosseum is a must see.

Loved our stay!

Gracchi was everything we wanted in our stay: Clean and comfortable room with air conditioning (necessary in early August)! Quiet neighborhood close to shopping and the vatican/castel sant'angelo. Barbara and her husband were very welcoming and Sonny the cleaning man was lovely. Would definitely recommend.

+ The room was clean and quiet + Within walking distance to St. Peter's Basilica, Castel Sant'Angelo and pretty much every other major sight in the city + Excellent wifi - worked better than at home! + Check-in and check-out went smoothly... although the hotel was a bit hard to find at first because there was no sign in the street (only the hotel's name next to the buzzer) + breakfast at the next door cafe included tea/coffee with a croissant - Bed could have been more comfortable (but honestly, after walking all day even the hard bed felt preeeetty good)

nice hotel ,close to Vatican city .

we arrived and Guiseppe was very welcoming, he showed us all to our rooms and then took time to show us places of interest on the map. Recommended restaurants to us and generally gave us an idea of directions and amenities such as the metro etc. The hotel is very close to the Vatican city and was also about a 3mile walk to stadio olimpico. we would definitely stay there again.

Tranquillo week end lungo

Struttura tranquilla nel cuore del Quartiere Prati. Molto vicina sia A S. Pietro che ai musei vaticani. Anche per chi ama lo shopping, basta fare poche decine di metri per ritrovarsi su via Cola di Rienzo con i sui negozi. Quanto ai mezzi pubblici, la struttura è posta a metà strada tra il metro e il capolinea di alcuni mezzi pubblici in Piazza del Risorgimento.
