  • The apartment overlooking the Colosseum and Roman Forum is on the 5th floor of a beautiful 1800 building with elevator in the heart of the lively Monti neighborhood. In the apartment there is a living room with a dining set, a sofa and a double sofa-bed 140x200 cm, a room with a European king bed 160x200 cm, another room with a double bed 140x200 cm, a little room with a single bed 80x200 cm, kitchen, two bathrooms (with washbasin, toilet, bidet, bathtub/shower, hairdryer).

    The apartment is equipped with autonomous heating and hot water system, heating and cooling air conditioning system, fiber optic ethernet network, Wi-Fi, television with Fire Stick, washing machine, iron. From the balcony, with two small tables and four chairs you can enjoy beautiful sunsets facing towards the Colosseum, the Arch of Constantine, the church of S. Francesca Romana, the basilica of Maxentius, the Palatine hill, and the Roman Forum.

From start to finish this apartment was the perfect location for our family to in Rome. Alberto was so kind and helpful. The view was just stunning. The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything that we needed. It was a great location and right in the middle of all the activity. It was close to the Colosseum and all the food places. My only complaint was that it is at the top floor (the 11th floor) and when we were there the elevator was broken and we had to track up 125 steps (yes, we counted) multiple times a day. The hosts were nice and available to answer questions and help when needed. Other than that it was a wonderful stay and we would stay there again.

Had a wonderful stay here. We had no electricity in the beginning but it was fixed within a couple of hours and all was good! Loved having a glass of wine on the balcony and watching all things Rome!

This VRBO is one not to miss! The views of the coliseum are wonderful and it is just a short walk to both the site and a nice food neighborhood. The owner is very responsive and can also help with travel arrangements to ports, airports, etc. Highly recommended! We really enjoyed our stay.

This apartment was very roomy for our family of four. There was plenty of space for everyone and the balcony was very nice! The apartment is in a great location near restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. Having laundry and drying racks was helpful.

Incredible property and location

Steps from the coliseum and too many restaurants to count! The property was well appointed, clean, comfortable and had amazing views from the balcony. We were only passing through but it would make a perfect location to spend a week in the city. Definitely 5 stars.

This penthouse has it all! The Colosseum is 2 blocks away and there are any number of restaurants near by. The place was clean and bright with big windows in the living room and kitchen. Lots of books available to read about the area and some history. The host was super easy to contact and communication was really good! 10/10 would recommend!

Great location with a view of the Colosseum. There are several restaurants and stores in the area to enjoy. Very easy to catch a taxi or an UBER for pick up. One of the rooms has no air conditioning if you are using all 3 rooms.

Couldn’t pick a better place to stay!

Wow! Felt like we were in a fairy tale. The house and location exceeded our expectations. There is also luggage drop store just a couple hundred feet away if needed. Walked to all of the main sites. Enjoyed wine on the terrace and listened to concert that was going on while we visited. 2 couples and 1 child and we had plenty of room.

Excellent location and apartment!

Excellent location and beautiful views from the front balcony of the Colosseum and Roman Forum and from the kitchen of the city. Couldn’t be happier with the apartment, how spacious it was, the furniture, the amenities, and how close it was to restaurants, the Colosseum, supermarkets and anything we needed, all within walking distance. Alberto was an incredibly welcoming and helpful host, gave us a map with local information, and arranged transportation to and from the airport for us as well. We would definitely stay there again!
