The house, completely renovated on November-December 2016, is very spacious and comfortable, ideal for families or groups of friends. This magnificent apartment, located on the fifth floor of a sixth floors building, with elevator, has an area of 180 square meters and consists of a spacious hall with a large wardrobe, living room with dining table, fully equipped kitchen with dining table, four large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with shower, also a private SAUNA.
The bedrooms are as follows:
1) room one has one queen size bed and a single bed (3 sleeps);
2) room two has one queen size bed (2 sleeps);
3) room three has one queen size bed (2 sleeps);
4) room four is a twin (2 sleeps).
All the bedrooms have TV LCD and large closets, USB PORT.
All rooms are illuminated by large windows and have high ceilings, characteristic of Roman’s ancient buildings. The furnitures are new and the house is unique, with a wonderful view over S. Peter church and very quiet. Air conditioning, heating, free wifi internet access (very fast on fiber optic), continuos hot water, 5 TV Lcd, Washer and Dryer, safe, oven, microwaves, kettle, toaster, coffee maker.

The apartment is located in a beautiful building with entrance from Via della Stazione di San Pietro. The location of the house is fantastic: few minutes walking to S. Peter Church and S. Peter Rail Station with trains every 10-15 minutes to Valle Aurelia (1 stop connection with Metro A), Roma Trastevere, Roma Ostiense (connection with Metro B), Roma Termini, Roma Tiburtina, etc. Bus 64 to Piazza Venezia (Coliseum) is next to the building. Shops, cafè, Restaurants, Green Grocery (open from 7 am until midnight) Pastry makers very close as well. Taxi stand only 1 minute walking from the building.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT POLICY:
Check in time 3 - 7:30 pm.
Check in late, Sunday and Holiday € 40.
Check out time 10:00 am
If we don't have any departure the same day of Your arrival, we allow free early check in from 10 am. Otherwise You will be able to drop off Your luggage after the previous guests check out (10 am).
If we don't have any arrival the same day of Your departure, we allow free late check out till noon.

CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Please leave all the keys inside.
- Please sort trash and recycling and take them to the countainers in the street in front of the building.
- Double check through the apartment, especially cupboard and bathroom. Check You have Your wallet, phone, ID / Passport and all the personal belongings with You.
- Please close the windows, turn off the lights, Ac, leave the keys inside and shut the door.

EXTRA CLEANING SERVICE AVAILABLE ON DEMAND
If You order an extra cleaning during Your stay, the cleaning agency usually sends 2-3 cleaners in the late morning, because they first clean the apartments with check in the same day. To clean this apartment costs €90. If You wish also a change of linens and towels, it costs € 10 per person, a change of the cover of duvet (Winter time) or cover of bed (Summer time) costs €6 per person.
We provide one set of towels per person. If You want some more, each extra set costs €5. This service is payable to the cleaners directly.
We provide a set of cortesy with some soap, shampoo and paper toilet for the first days. When those items run out, if You don't order an extra cleaning, You should use Yours or buy at the Supermarket. Thanks.
