Disliked: Amenities, communication
No hot water! Management was aware of the problem and did NOTHING to rectify. Horrible communication. Did not offer an apology for the situation for our week in Rome. Refused to refund any of our money for this huge inconvenience. We had to heat up water in pots on the stove to bathe and wash dishes!! Beds were so terribly uncomfortable. Four adults were each left one towel per person for an entire week. Expedia should not have properties like this on their site! Musei Vaticani does not care one bit about you or your well-being while you are in Rome. Rent from a reputable company that is well known with lots of good reviews and don't make the same mistake we did.
