Margot is a new, tastefully furnished two-room apartment located on the second floor (with an lift). It consists of:

A BEDROOM with a double bed, closet, mirror, and blackout curtains.

A BATHROOM equipped with a shower stall, bidet, hair dryer, and washing machine. A KITCHEN equipped with a dishwasher, conventional oven and microwave, kettle, refrigerator, and dishes. There’s also a Nespresso coffee machine to ensure a pleasant wake-up.

The LIVING ROOM area, featuring a Samsung flat-screen HD TV, has a comfortable sofa with a chaise longue and a Philips stereo.

It has been completely renovated and designed down to the smallest detail to welcome guests from all over the world and offer a high-quality stay. For this reason, it also features air conditioning in all rooms, central heating, and free Wi-Fi—ideal for those working remotely—and you can take advantage of FREE PARKING.





PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING: Late check-in after 8:00 PM costs 20 euros; after 11:00 PM, it costs 30 euros. SMOKING is strictly prohibited inside the apartment! Please RESPECT your NEIGHBORS and keep NOISE to a MINIMUM, especially at night (10 PM–8 AM), upon arrival, and upon departure. The TOURIST TAX is NOT INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION and must be paid in CASH at check-in. At check-out, please dispose of any TRASH outside in the building’s trash bins. If you would like a bathroom kit or EXTRA cleaning services, there is an additional charge NOT included in the reservation rate. Chauffeur service available upon request.
