Very spacious, bright and elegant, is equipped with everything you need.Is a 15-minute walk from Olgiata Train Station, with direct links to Rome city center.
Don't miss nearby Bracciano lake for spending lovely sunny days. The beach of the Tyrrhenian coast is also very close in just 40 minutes by car .
In the neighborhood all essential services within walking distance : supermarkets, restaurants, bank, and an open air playground for kids.

The apartment accommodates up to 4 people . Is composed as follows:
- a double bedroom with balcony, with bathroom provided with bathroom tub/shower;
- a bedroom with twins beds with ensuite bathroom provided with shower;
- functional and fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave oven, toaster, washing machine; available free on charge for you: coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil, vinegar, spices, paper towels, dish soap;
- large living room with terrace, composed of dinner area and sitting area with TV;
