Two-room apartment on the ground floor, quiet and bright, overlooking the gardens of the Botanical Garden and the property's private courtyard. Consisting of a double bedroom with bathroom and access to an outdoor relaxation area; single bedroom with wardrobe and desk, a second bathroom and living room with sofa bed and kitchenette. The kitchen is complete with accessories, dishes, dishes and appliances: kettle, toaster, oven, refrigerator and stove. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating, wifi, smart TV, hairdryer, iron and courtesy bathroom line. A laundry room with washing machines and dryers is available for guests. The area is very quiet despite being located in the heart of Trastevere, a short walk from bars, restaurants and services.
The parking lot is in the courtyard of the property. Staff on site from 9:30 to 16:00.

We inform you that the Trastevere Mill is located in a restricted traffic area (ZTL).
The ZTL is normally active from: Monday to Saturday from 6.30 to 10.00 and from Friday to Saturday from 21.30 to 15.00 (subject to change).
At the “entrance” of the ZTL there is an electronic sign that shows one of the 2 options: ACTIVE
ZTL = access by car is not allowed
ZTL NOT ACTIVE = access by car is allowed.
There is no need to worry about the ZTL if you are leaving the area.
