We really love our stay here. The room is very clean and we got all we need. It was cleaned everyday and towels are changed daily. The buffet breakfast is good and the receptionist are very helpful! It's very close to termini, trevi fountain and Spanish steps.

The room was gloomy, the shower had some mold, we didn’t have internet for 2 days and no light in the hallway , we had to use the phone to key in the door code that had over 6 numbers. The walls were sooo thin that you could hear everything from the other room. The only good thing was the location that was excellent.

You won't get a better location for the price. Everything in the city is at most 20mins walking distance except the Vatican. Ubers and taxis were cheap and available enough to get there though. The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for you... however the reception is not maned 24 hour and out of hours help can be difficult to get hold of. The room was always clean yet it was a bit aged.

Upon arrival, the hotel staff was very nice and try to accommodate us. We even got in early, so that was good. The condition of the room was OK at best not nearly what I thought it would be for what I was paying when I went to use the shower. I noticed a long bunch of hair stuck to the wall from the previous renter, the street, noise and noise in the hallway from the other rooms was more than expected and prevented us from being able to sleep at night. Excellent location for visiting local attractions, but absolutely terrible for getting a good nights sleep. There was an electric coffee pot to warm up water and it didn’t work nor did the bathroom light and the room air conditioning unit was very difficult to get it to work properly. Nobody is on site after 9 PM so you were on your own.

Très bien placé. Mais très mal insonorisé et l’état de la chambre est à revoir. Surtout la salle de bain ( douche qui fuit, douche bouchée et état des chromes laisse à désirer)
