  • CASA MONTI is a 60m2 apartment barely renovated with taste and love! We have created a symbiosis between the old structure and a modern and comfortable layout: the barrel-vaulted vaults contrast with the designer kitchen.
    The apartment is on the 5th floor of a late 19th century building. On the roof, the accessible common terrace offers a superb view of the city.
    The Monti district is an authentic district, full of life and very fashionable.

    Since 2015 the payment of a tourist tax is compulsory: 3. 5 € per adult per day, for the first 10 days of stay. This tax is payable on arrival in cash (upon receipt) and will be paid entirely to the municipality of Rome.

Great stay!

The place was clean and checkin was easy with instruction. There is a small elevator to use if you can’t do stairs. The location was very close to the train station and walking distance from most attractions- would highly recommend!

Great location

The apartment is close to the train station as well as the Colosseum. You can walk to most of the sites within Rome. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you would need. Check in was easy. I would recommend staying here.

Fantastic spot to start a Roman adventure

The property was as described, clean and easy to access the metro and train station (about a 10 minute walk). Responses were quick, checkin was easy. Area has lots of choices for breakfast/dinner.....and we loved the pastry treats awaiting us when we arrived!

This is a great location, the apartment was well equipped and clean including the espresso coffee included along with several glass water bottles in the refrigerator.Elena the host was always there to answer our needs, it should be noted that all communication is done by What’s App !She arranged our pick up at the Airport and also arranged to the Cruise Port all exceptional and friendly drivers !There is lots of information left on the table for review, we took her advise and went to the nearby restaurants suggest, all a short walk, literally around the corner.Great location, close to a supermarket and the hop on hop off bus .

Clean and perfect for 2 couples

The apartment was clean and well equipped. Close to the colosseum and walking distance to many other attractions. We used FREENOW app to catch a ride when it rained. Elena checked in on us regularly and even left a welcome gift of pastries. Overall lovely experience.

Wonderful Sister Adventure

My sister and I traveled to Rome for the first time. We had a wonderful stay at Elena’s! Walked to the Coloseum, Trevi Fountain & Spanish steps. Used the FREENOW app to get taxis for everything else. The apartment was very clean, quiet, and perfect for us. There are restaurants and markets close by. We would highly recommend this apartment.

This is a great location, close to all the sights and the Vatican is a short bus ride. The apartment was fantastic - 2 bottles of cold water in the fridge was a great welcome including a plate of Italian treats. Bathrooms and bedrooms were fantastic. I just wish a tea towel was provided but I suspect cleaning staff forgot to provide one. Body soap & shampoo in both bathrooms which seems to be unusual in VRBOs lately.
