Great apartment for our family of five for a couple of nights in Rome. Super clean, lots of space, good kitchen and very good check in process with the managing company. Would definitely recommend!
I stayed at the apartment with two of my friends for our visit to Rome. The place is in the heart of Rome and we could walk to everything we wanted to see.
Excellent location for touring around Rome. The property was extremely clean and the office staff were so accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!!!
We stayed here for 3 days with our three adult children. The location was perfect-many shops and restaurants just below and easy walking to all major attractions. Would recommend for a short stay. May have been hard for an extended stay as there was no comfortable central living space and was a bit noisy. But for a short stay it was excellent.
Our stay was great. We could walk to pretty much any attraction we wanted to and nest of all was the gelato steps from our door. The street it is on had anything you would need though could be a bit loud at times. Overall it was a perfect spot for our family!!!
We had a great stay at the property which is in a fantastic location to explore Rome on foot. Plenty of great restaurants and niche food outlets to satisfy the family. Well air conditioned and very clean. Hosts were fab!
Our family of four adults and one nearly 5 month old stayed happily in this apartment for 3 nights- walking distance to everything- really clean and well equipped apartment- we really appreciated that there we just a few supplies so it felt homey. Great
Great apartment, and convenient access to walk to all major attractions. It is located on a busy street with commercial (restaurant, shops, grocery store), so it is kind of loud later into the evening. There is ample space, and nice to have a kitchen. The beds are not that comfortable, and with the noise its hard to get a good nights sleep. Overall, for the space and location, we would recommend.
Amazing Location. Worked great for our family. Would Highly Recommend.
This location was incredible. The layout worked great for our group of 5, but could have accommodated more in needed.
The outdoor bathroom really came in handy too! The water pressure and temperature were great. The views of the area were great. The proximity to area sights like the Vatican, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona. Even walkable to Colosseum and Roman Forum. Plenty of food options, grocery story, and gelato, and coffee shops.
Amazing stay!

Location was great. Property needs updating especially windows. All the noise from street can be heard. Internet was not working until halfway through our stay. 3 flights of stairs were narrow and steep. No one available to help. Shops and restaurants nearby and easily accessed. Chose this place because we were 6 and it had 3 rooms but would choose another place in the future.
Our stay at this VRBO property was excellent. The apartment accommodated our group of five comfortably, and while the beds weren't the plushest, they were more than adequate. The air conditioning and access to a washing machine were particularly valuable, offering much-needed convenience at the end of our trip.
The location is the real highlight, perfectly situated for exploring Rome with landmarks like the Pantheon just a stroll away.
I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a well-located and comfortable base to explore the wonders of Rome.

Nice apartment with 60 plus steps.
The apartment is located at a convenient location with a lot of restaurants around. There are 60 plus steps to get to the apartment.
Great location and service! The property manager was excelente. But be aware that the mattresses are old, no sofa, no wine glasses and it’s on the last floor without elevator.
Stunning, cool respite in a gorgeous neighborhood!
We loved our three-night stay here. It was very spacious and comfortable for our family of five, and stayed wonderfully cool despite a heatwave outside.
There was a tiny bit of confusion thinking we'd be having four beds, and there were three. But the third was a king size so two kids were comfortable sharing it.
I highly recommend staying here for the neighborhood, alone!
The Apartment was in a great location and within walking distance to many historical sites. We truly enjoyed our short stay here but felt the beds were really hard, no extra linens or pillows were available, and although the necessary essential's were provided like towels and toilet paper, it lacked other items like a dish towel/paper towels, broom and trash bags for recycling, and please note this is a 5 story walk-up if traveling with kids or elderly relatives.
We loved our stay here and greatly appreciated how helpful, accommodating and welcoming the Stay in Rome team was before and during our stay. Adriano was wonderful in showing us the ropes and explaining things that were unusual for us as Americans visiting Italy for the first time. The three story climb is no joke people- we counted 63 stairs in all but thankfully we, along with our 4-year-old daughter and my mom took it all in stride as part of our authentic Rome experience. The numerous restaurants, markets and gelaterias (essentials of life) around us as well as the ease we had in getting around Rome to see the sights made staying here a delight- would definitely recommend!
Apartment was in a busy area full of lovely shops, restaurants and bars and ice cream shops. Close to Vatican, Castel San Angelo, the Campo di Fiori, Pantheon and Navona. Easily accessible public transport is a two minute walk into Corso Vittorio Emmanuel. Good supply of towels and comfortable beds. Kitchen had good cooking facilities and equipment if you required them. A family size fridge/freezer meant we could load up with ice and cold drinks , essential in the 38 degree heat. The air conditioning was excellent and the washing machine was a boon. Could have done with a comfy seat after tackling the 63 stairs though.
This apartment was perfect for my family of 4. We were traveling with 2 college aged kids (one girl, one boy) so we needed separate beds for the “kids”. This place delivered with its 3 rooms. We could have easily slept 2 more. The location was ideal, next to many restaurants and the BEST gelato, Frigidarium. The A/C worked perfect. We did laundry in the washer. Note: there is no dryer which was not a problem because we hung the laundry on the line to dry :) I would mention that there are 57 steps up to the apartment and no lift. Very common in Italy. But keep that in mind when you have to lug your suitcases up the stairs. The check in process was seamless as well as check out. I could not have asked for a better place to stay while in Rome.
