We were group of 11 some of us running the marathon also great place to stay location was ideal for bus and eating out at good prices. Really close to Vatican. Host was so helpful in arranging taxis for airport. Was lovely that they meet and greet at property would highly recommend for large group.

The host was really accommodating and kind. We arrived early in the morning and Paolo showed my son how to make coffee with a moka. The apartment is in a great location with excellent bakeries and restaurants at the door step - out favourites were Goose and Papa Alex. The area is quiet and away from the tourists but close enough that we could walk to everything. We loved staying here.

The hosts were extremely helpful. They booked taxis for us to and from the airport. The accommodation is clean, spacious and very close to St Peter’s square. We absolutely loved our stay! The location near Vatican City was perfect for our large family of seven. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and incredibly welcoming — not easy to find in Europe, and this one was spot-on perfect. It had everything we needed, from a well-stocked kitchen (pots, pans, spices) to plenty of fresh towels. Being close to mass transit made getting around the city simple and efficient. We would highly recommend this apartment and would gladly stay again! Lisa & Paolo were gracious and warm in their welcome and getting us set and comfortable in their home. 10 out of 10 for sure!

Family pilgrimage

We had a group of 4 families from our church stay here and it was a great experience. Lisa was great at check in and the property was clean, well-stocked, and perfect for our needs. We made the short walk to St. Peter's every morning and took advantage of bus lines as well. We'll definitely stay there again if we have the opportunity.

We had 3 other couples stay with us for our little Roman wedding at the Vatican nearby. It was perfect, quiet and well appointed. The hosts were super helpful and responsive and made some great restaurant recommendations. I would 100% stay again!

Fantastic Property in a Great Location

Six of us stayed in here for three nights and had plenty of privacy. It was surprisingly very quiet despite the closeness of the road traffic and metro. The unit is within a larger building and we felt protected and safe. Great dining options within minutes walking. We would stay here again.

Perfect family accommodation near the Vatican

Our family of fourteen, ages 1 to 69, had a great time here. The apartment was huge and perfect for a large group. It has everything you need for a great family stay. Paolo was a great host and provided good information on the local area and even helped us arrange transportation to the airport. We highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Rome.

Host was lovely as they came to greet us and gave us information on how to catch buses and trains etc. apartment was quite run down. Third bathroom was extremely small and was difficult to even dry in. All 3 bathrooms could do with a good deep clean as they were mouldy. Lots of dust around the floors and some of the doona covers had not been washed as they had stains on them. Good location.

Location was great next to the Vatican. Plenty of space and enough beds for everyone. The only unexpectedly item was a extra fee cash only charge at check in of 3.5€ per person per day, thats was an additional €140.

Great for large family and perfect location

We had a wonderful stay here. They were very accommodating and let us store our luggage for early check in. It is the perfect location. There were 12 of us for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. We stayed here 3-4 days before we got on an NCL Epic Cruise. Train station across the street made it super simple to get to the cruise port which is a good 40 minutes away. Again perfect location for sight seeing in Rome. Very clean and very large.

Great location

Lisa was very helpful and met us on arrival. Everything was clean and lots of room for our big group. Great location, lots of yummy restaurants close by, and walking distance to Basilica and Vatican. Bus station is right around the corner and 15 min ride to the Colosseum. It is a bit noisy on the one side since the street is right there along with the train. Not much you can do about that, bring earplugs if you are a sensitive sleeper.

Perfect place for a family trip to Rome

This property was the perfect choice for our trip to Rome. We had three generations with us and it fit everyone’s needs. Pablo was the perfect host who helped make everything easier from the moment we booked. He helped arrange a van to and from the airport which was a huge help. Upon check in, Lisa walked us through the local area and how to navigate the buses, where to find food and just made us feel comfortable. The area is quiet, the building is quiet and the apartment is spacious. Definitely 100% recommend to anyone.

Exceeded expectations!

This property was everything we could have hoped for and more! Host Lisa met us and gave us a great explanation of the neighborhood and how to get around Rome which was greatly appreciated! The apartment provided more than enough room for our large group of 13. The location near the Vatican shouldn’t be underestimated, the view of St Peters from the street just outside the apartment is breathtaking! Would definitely return if we are ever in Rome again. Awesome Stay

From the start Paolo was very quick in responding to our questions. Location is very close to both a train station and a bus stop making getting around Rome easy. We were able to drop off our luggage early which was appreciated. Lots of room for 8 adults and our 2.5 year old grandson. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. We really enjoyed visiting on the back patio in the evening. Bonus was having Paolo arrange private transportation back to the airport on departure day. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thanks Paolo for making our stay in Rome so comfortable. Bob
