As a female solo traveler, this spot was perfect. It’s not in the city center of Rome but right across from the metro and was so easy to go places! Very comfortable and safe area. Spent a couple nights. The host was very helpful and communicative, was happy to help with other matters outside of my reservation Be aware of heavy luggage, since it’s an older building, no elevator haha

Good place and location w/ strange check-in/out

Good place, in a good location, very near to the train station of Ponte Galeria. The bed is good and the shower is reasonable. The neighborhood has a small bakery, restaurant, and mini market that facilitate small purchases and meals. A relevant point of attention is the check-in and check-out times. Entering at 16:00 and leaving at 10:00 is not common, even though some places try to normalize it. I would seriously reconsider these start and finish times of the stay.

Cramped! Loud/noisy environs. Clean but no 2 beds,

Two beds MEANS 2 SEPARATE BEDS!, not 2 twins stuck together with a single set of sheets! Cramped. Gas-chamber like shower stall that was slick and dangerous. Right next to a nightclub/restaurant that thought it was OK to blare loud music until Midnight!

No AC, had to sleep with windows and doors open. No communication from property owner. Moved us to different unit not pictured and when we arrived there was NO elevator (5 flights of stairs with heavy luggage) NO AC (unit was at least 95-100 degrees Fahrenheit), zero responses to your messages. Buyers beware, you WILL NOT have a pleasant experience. Hotel will be your best bet even if a little more, unfortunately.

We were late and they waited. Any thing we weren’t sure if they helped with. We were incorrect on our departure day and they had no problem letting us have it an extra day. It was a phenomenal price for an entire apartment. It was EXACTLY as they described. Close to the train and if we go back we will definitely ask for the same place. If your unsure about renting let me tell you that my wife and I were COMPLETELY satisfied
