A MUST Stay

I cannot say enough about Federica's Apt. Perfect location to everything. Service exceeded 5-star hotels. It was wonderful to sit and have breakfast with the other patrons, connecting and laughing as we tried to understand each other in all of our different languages. We are returning to Rome next year for another vacation and I'm already booking my stay here again. Just incredible!

We were met by Frederica after 30hours of travelling, she met us with a smile and cold water, the accommodation is handy to convenience stores and restaurants, and about 15min walk from the main rail and bus services

Zonder enige vorm van overlast, niet gelegen in het mooiste gedeelte van Rome. Wel een uitstekende ligging voor het maken van dagelijkse uitstapjes, de kamer was prachtig ruim, nieuw super schoon en de airco werkte perfect. Ruime badkamer. Federica is een aardige vrouw en wil je met alles helpen, zeer behulpzaam en spreekt goed engels.

Une propreté irréprochable, un petit déjeuner plantureux servi par l’hôtesse, une chambre très spacieuse avec un grand lit en 180, une climatisation efficace(c'est utile en juin à Rome!) et une salle de bain neuve! Très bien placé pour toutes les visites , à pied (Colisée à 12 minutes) ou en transports en commun (Métro, Tram , Bus à proximité immédiate). Un quartier sympa.Une hôtesse très serviable et attentionnée. Très très bon rapport qualité prix!!

Very nice hotel! About a 10 minute walk from Roma Termini station. Check in was easy. Our hotel room was clean, but very basic. Which isn't a bad thing! Bathroom was nice, and beds were very comfy. The free breakfast the next morning was a lovely touch! Definitely recommend for an easy place to rest your head.

Great accommodations!

Federica’s was fantastic! The room was perfect...Federica was so kind and accommodating, and it was easy to get everywhere in Rome! Caffe, convenience stores, laundry, parks, restaurants are all nearby. It was also easy to get a taxi nearby, but Federica will call for you as well!
